If that's anything to go by, I think Ranma's cursed form would be a
female cat, and his normal form would remain as is.
Of course, this is just my opinion. ^_^

Naw, it wouldn't merely be a female cat. If Taro is anything
to go by, Ranma's cursed form would be a female cat-human hybrid.
The fact of the matter is, Ranma 1/2 is inconsistent in the way
the curses work. Takahashi has stated that the cure to Ranma's
curse is the Nannichuan, which would suggest that one curse
replaces another. Taro, on the other hand, is both a direct
contradiction of this, as well as being the only character who
has actually been dunked more than once in canon. Which is
correct? I believe there's at least one fanfic out there which
discusses this.
In the episode where Taro shows up after adding the tentacles, he
insinuates that he is unique as far as that goes. What he says is
something like, "For one such as I, there is another way to add
power..." at which point he splashes himself, displaying his new
tentacles. Since he said this to Ranma, this implies that it wouldn't
do so for other cursed individuals.
Theory 1:
Taro is unique because he has been cursed since infancy.
Theory 2:
Taro is unique because his original cursed form was mixed, anyway.
Theory 3:
Taro isn't unique. However, a dunking in a spring of what your
normal form is will cure any and all curses.
Either one of these three should fit the facts and/or statements at
hand.
