Here are some responses to some of the points that you made. (FYI - all were very valid and appreciated.)

1. Nabiki's change of heart - When ever there's a death or loss in a family it radically changes certain people's outlooks on life. Both my brother and sister died when I was younger, leaving a large emptiness inside of me.  And while I didn't want to subject my readers (nor myself for that matter) to the pain of that experience, I did think that Nabiki's loss (this being her second major) would have changed her.  When we return to her, I will be showing a more emotional Nabiki, one who is trying to change her image without losing her edge.

2.  "Is there a reason to why Shampoo stayed in China?"  Yes.  More on this when she and Ranma meet up again.

3.  "Where's Mousse?"  I honestly haven't decided yet.  He may or may not survive the attack on the village.  Do you have a prefrence? (I don't normally ask for help like this, but I have to admit that Mousse is kinda lost at the moment.)

4.  "If Shampoo failed to capture Ranma, what's her punishment?"  More on this when She meets up wth Ranma.

5. "Did Genma go with Soun to China?" To Mount Phoenix? Yes. And seeing what Ranma could do really unhinged him somewhat, that's why he didn't protest Ranma's departure from the Tendo's home. This will be explained in greater detail when Nabiki re-enters the picture.

6.  "I'm surprise Ukyou took it so well."  Who says she did?

"With Akane out of the way, I thought she would press her advantage. Will we see anymore of her?"  Sorry to any Ukyou/Ranma fans out there, but If/When Ucchan returns she will be greatly changed.

7. "Shampoo seems to enjoy seeing Colonge die."  @_@!!!  I don't remember Cologne dying!  <Flip flip flip!> Ahhhh! Here we go!

Okay, #1 - Cologne's not dead. #2 - Shampoo would never be happy about it, even if it were to happen.

"What change(s) in Shampoo to act differently?"  If Shampoo is acting differently, then it is because of her failure to bag Ranma (Don't ask me to elaborate, because it would ruin the surprise).

8.  "Rei vision is pretty powerful.  Usually she only sees images.  How come she heard the voice this time?" Ur is powerful.  Very Powerful.  He was projecting, and Rei was recieving.

9.  "You could make it where she saw an image of Ur."  Ur's not that stupid.  The element of surprise is a well honed tactic for him, and he's not willing to give that away.

10.  "The child between Serenity and Ur, is that Serena or someone else?"  Bwahahahahah!  Like I'd really give that away!  You're just going to have to wait like everyone else to find out!

  Just finished reading through all of your fanfic.  Love it.  I really like Progeny.  Cross over is one of my favorite genre to read.  The relationship between Nabiki and Ranma would be pretty weak.  With the amount of time he spent at the dojo and surviving all those scheme, I'll be surprise if he consider her much of a sister.  Also, I thought Nabiki changed her attitude too quickly.  She spent most of her life forming her image, it's going to be hard to see her showing that much affection.  I can see her helping Ranma see through is depression and leand a hand, but not as a fiance.

  Few questions regarding Progeny.
    a.. Is there a reason to why Shampoo stayed in China?
