Awwww...  That scene in Super Metroid was one of the Greatest Moments in 
Video Game History(tm).  But I'm not sure the Giant Metroid would've gone to 
hell, considering the events concerning it's death.

Poor Jack.  He still hasn't learned that being contreversial in a multiverse 
filled with chaos is redundant.
