Chapter Nine:

Whaddaya know!  It's been a pretty long time since I read 1-8, but it

I figure you want useful comments rather than a pat on the back, so I
guess I'm going to offer some criticism on Nabiki.  Her bisexuality
confession to Ranma near the end of the chapter was unlike her.  It
didn't seem to serve much of a purpose, as she didn't get any new
openness from it, but it did put an aspect of her personality out in
the open that could weaken her in the future.

There are a couple of times where Nabiki eschews that business logic, most
notably in the first Nodoka story.  When it's important, Nabiki doesn't play
it like she usually does.  

Here, it's important.  Nabiki needs to warn Ranma, advise Ranma, and gain her
trust, all in the span of one conversation (for reasons apparent in pt. 10). 
She isn't going to do any of that by holding back.  Besides, Ranma is on 'her
side' now, and knows what that world is like.  In short, she can tell Ranma
because she knows that Ranma will not betray her, and because she has
everything to gain by doing so.
