Remember, dear list members, earlier when I posted a spamfic about a
Sailor Moon/Terminator crossover? Well, I found the idea funny as hell,
the wrongness of it. And I continued it.

Eclipse of the Moon
Diamond looked at Sodium. "So this was you plan? Send someone back with
no weapons, no magic, and no way of gathering energy? What's he going to
do? Bore the Senshi to death?"
"Um, well." Sodium flailed for an answer. It had seemed like the
perfect plan.
"Uh, Prince Diamond? You should look at this." It was Topaz, a lesser
noble who had recieved his title when he had killed the previous owner.
Even better, he had televised it and that had entertained Diamond for
weeks.
Diamond turned around and watched the glass. Sodium watched too. There
was total silence in the room for several minutes.
"Ok, so your agent is capable." There was now/then one less street gang
of hardened, armed criminals in the past and Sodium's agent was packing
heat. Topaz just stared. Sodium hoped this would keep him alive.
"Alright, lets see how he does against the Senshi."
The three continued to watch the glass. They watched. And watched. And
watched.
Topaz turned to Sodium. "This was a plan to kill the Senshi right? This
agent of yours can't even find them."
"He's not just an agent. He's the T-101. He doesn't have a magic
signature, how are the Senshi to find him?" Sodium pointed out. It was
his plan they were watching and it was his idea. He was not going to let
some minor noble edge him out of the show.
"Sodium has a point. It can't kill the Senshi if it can't find them."
This had previously never been a problem. The Black Moon Clan would send
an agent back. The Senshi would detect him. They'd run around for a
while. The agent would attack, the Senshi would yell pointless battle
crys and launch dumb attacks, and the monster would be destroyed. That
was the way it always worked. Or would always work since this attempt
took place before all the other attacks. But it was in the past so hasen
always willun workeding 'lessee, Pluperfect future, semi indicative,
past tense.' Diamond gave up. "Anyway, it needs to find them."
"Milord, could you just send a monster back? Please? The Senshi would
find it and then the T-101 could find them." Sodium begged like his life
depended on it. His life did depend on it and he could beg really well.
"Fine. Topaz, send a Death Ninja Monster."
"But milord!" Topaz whined.
"Oh relax. If it doesn't work I'll give you a box seat when we kill
Sodium."
"WAHOO!"
"Wait a minute." They kept getting back to this 'when we kill Sodium'
bit. Sodium was not happy. He was also thinking about himself in the
third person. Things were not going as planned.
The night was going as planned. After everyone met at Rei's house and
talked about ths cute guy for a while, they went out on patrol. The guy
was in Minako's Math class and oh my God was he gorgeous. He had biceps
and pecs from a dream. And his face, oh my. It made you want to grab him
by the neck kiss till you passed out. And when he said "Usagi! Wake up!"
he just, wait. Hold on.
Usagi snapped out of her day dream. She never remembered the guy saying
that. Or wearing a Sailor Uniform a lot like Rei's. Or yelling something
about an incoming youma. Oh. This was reality then. Shucks.
"Right! Come on Sailors!" And Usagi, with a complete turn of emotion,
lead the way.
Mercury had detected the magic from the incoming monster and they ran
across the roof tops. It had been a while since they had fought a
monster and this was a weak one. The sooner it was destroyed, the sooner
they could return home.
They found it in a mall, doing the standard "destroy, eat, kill' repeat
ad Senshi bit.
"In the name of the Moon and Love I am the Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon!
We are the Sailor Senshi and in the name of Love, we will Punish you!
Shopping is a fun thing and monsters shouldn't just pop in and interupt
it, especially not with that sale on skirts going on over there." 'Note
to self, return with cash' "In the name of the Moon, we will punish
you!" She declared. It was very impressive. She said all that in one
breath. The monster, waiting patiently for her to finish so they could
get down to the fighting and the killing part, paused to make sure she
was done, and leapt to attack.
The T-101 looked up. A TV display was playing a live report on a
newsanchor covering a Senshi battle. It was happenng just a mile away.
The T-101 began to run.
"Venus Crescent Beam!" The fight was going more or less typical. The
Death Ninja Monster was attacking quickly and powerfully. It would try
to catch on of the Senshi where the others couldn't help her and beat on
her. The other Senshi would then save their friend and launch a few
assorted magic attacks. They were winning and it was only a matter of
time before it fell. It was more powerful then most of the enemies they
had faced but still, they were winning.
He walked through the service entrance of the mall. The police were
keeping everyone away that they could but he slipped through where there
were no police. He walked though the halls, following the sounds of
battle. As he went, he readied his weapons. There was no one else in the
Mall and his steps echoed hollowly.
"Milord! Milord Prince Diamond!"
Diamond looked up. He was sitting on his throne, passing sentence on a
feud. Sodium ran into the hall and was waving his arms.
"What is it?" Diamond was rather annoyed at being interupted. He was in
the middle of sentencing this guy to death for stealing from the King.
On Nemisis, the only way to get punished was injure the Prince's person
or pride. If you did that, well, the Prince didn't worry about repeat
offenders.
"It's the agent Milord! It's about to engage the Senshi!"
The prince rose and followed Sodium out. It really had been fairly
boring. Hopefully this would be the diversion he had planned it would
be. Sodium, knowing his life hung in the balance, was exceptionally
polite. Shortly they were in the viewing room with a dozen of the
prince's servants in attendance. Several were looking at Sodium and
polishing steaks.
The Death Ninja Monster exploded in a shower of negative energy. Sailor
Moon's Moon Princess Halation had proved adequate for the job. Silence
fell after the final stroke.
He stepped around a corner and saw his targets. Mission directives 1
through 5 were standing before him. He aimed and fired.
"Wah!" The Senshi scattered under the hail of bullets. They'd been on
the recieving end of a lot of attacks but forty five caliber amuntion
was a new one. The man singled Sailor Moon out as target 1. He locked on
and advanced.
This was not going to plan. You killed one monster and then were done.
There was none of this secondary monsters showing up. And they weren't
human shaped. They looked like monsters. And they certainly didn't use
magnums!
He stepped around a chunk of fallen ceiling and resighted his target.
Lining her up, he fired twice.
Usagi leapt to the side again. This was not fair! Why was it solely
after her?
Venus jumped to her feet. "Venus Crescent Beam!" She called and pointed
her fingers. The blast rocked out and hit the attacker in the back. He
fell sideways and crashed into a wall. There was now a large whole in
his clothing. Under it, burned skin could be seen.
Mars cast a Burning Mandala at his but it missed as the man rolled
left. Lying on his back he fired twice at Sailor Moon, aiming for the
head. She leapt to dodge, which was not particularily bright considering
instead of her head, one hit her side and one hit her back. She
collapsed, bleeding.
"Sailor Moon!" Mars rushed to her fallen comrade. Bad move. The
attacker, lying on his back, shifted his aim and shot Mars in the side
of the foot. Her leg was ripped out form under her and she collapsed on
her face.
"Supreme Thunder Shock1" Jupiter's lighting blast hit the assailant
while he was down and slammed him down through the floor. All the
Sailors rushed to their fallen comrade. Mercury whipped out her computer
and scanned the fallen. "She's alive and not seriously hurt. Venus too.
Thank goodness our sailor suits are magically protecting."
"Where is he!?" Mars roared. Not an easy task for a fourteen year old
girl, the octave necessary for a proper roar is almost impossible to
achieve. But she managed admirably.
Mercury continued her scan. "According to my computer," She paused.
"There is no one in this building but us?"
This statement was proved false as their assailant kicked to door from
the stairs off its hinges. Venus screamed.
Abruptly a rose appeared, stuck through the back of the tall man's
hand. Standing of to one side, Tuxedo Kamen was shaking, inarticulate
with rage. He lunged to attack, reaching for his sword even as he became
Endymion. "For hurting my love, I'm going to kill you!"
The agent reasessed his attack abilities. The rose had done no damage
to his hand but it had pierced the side of the weapon, rendering it
useless. His other pistol was out of bullets. He dropped the useless one
and grabbed Endymion.
He wrapped his one hand around his armor and pistol whipped him with
the other. Endymion went through the ceiling as the T-101 unit raised
his arm. Then he brought him down, the impact bringing a haze to his
eyes. He then kicked Endymion, nocking him clear.
The Sailors watched impotently as their hero was beaten ruthlessly,
unable to use any of their own powers as he was in the line of fire.
"Shabon Spray Frieze!" Mercury shouted, blanketing the area in a thick,
cold, bubbly mist. "Quick everyone! Retreat!" The Sailors were frozen
for a second with shock then burst into action. Mars siezed the fallen
prince and lifted him. He was unconcious. Then she joined the others and
they fled.
With the magic attack clouding his sensors, he heard the shouted
instructions. He reached down and drew a clip from his belt. A tactile
investigation revealed that this was the second to last one remaining.
He tryed to target the sounds of flight and fired three times. All were
misses. Then the mist cleared and he was alone in the vacant mall.
Officer Sagowa reached out and helped the injured man from the
building, He must have been trapped in there during the fight. He was
burned, his clothes torn, and he appeared to be bleeding from several
spots. "Are you alright?" He asked.
"I'll be fine. I just need to get home and rest." Was the reply. The
police officer watched the man in torn, punk clothing make his way off.
He then returned to watching the building. There hadn't been any noise
for several minutes but one couldn't be too careful with the Senshi.
Meanwhile, in the future, the audience around the Great Scrying Glass
was dead silent. That was because as one their lower jaws were imbedded
in the floor. All except for Sodium that is. He was so smug it radiated
from him in waves.
"Huh?" Diamond was the first to reclaim his wits and this was the only
thing he could say.
"I told you, my plan is infallible!" Sodium proclaimed.
"What was that?" Topaz spoke up. Instantly the room was full of
questions. Diamon raised a hand and there was silence. All turned to
Sodium for answers. He felt like his heart would burst in pride.
"That was the T-101. I found it in a possible future that never came to
pass. It's the ultimate killing machine." Sodium was making he most of
his fame. He had ever been anybody before and now he was a hero.
Diamond thought about this. This plan was working. This 'joke' had
almost killed the Senshi and forced them to retreat. He could not
remember the last time one of his plans had that effect. At last, the
destruction of the Senshi and domination of Crystal Tokyo was a vague
possibility no more. He would win! He let loose with a deep laugh which
echoed from the ceilings. Sodium, his current favorite servant, chortled
quietly along with him. The others were all silent, for a new man had
arisen to favor.
