Well...a post that doesn't involve one of my inane, silly fics.

Actually, the point of this post is kind of serious. I'm looking at
starting a Gundam Wing fanfiction contest. Yes! As if there weren't already
enough fic contest out there! (actually, are there any? I haven't seen any.
*pouts* If there are any, laugh at me, call me silly, and forget I ever
posted this.)

Right now, I'm just wondering if anyone would be interested in
participating in such a contest. If I get enough people saying that they
are interested, I'd be more than happy to run it. I'm just going to need
some help...I'm going to need judges, and I'm going to need help from
competent graphics people (as I am what is known as "graphics challenged"
among nice people and "one who makes sucky graphics" among not nice people)
to make the awards for the fics. If I get enough of a response, my next
e-mail on this subject will be a tentative list of categories, instructions
for nominating fics, and all the good stuff. IF I get enough of a response.
^^;; And I definitely need enough volunteers for judges.

If you think this is a good idea, please let me know, and please, spread
the word, too. I'm not on very many mailing lists, since I don't have much
time for them. ^^;; (But somehow I do have enough time to write stupid vid
fics. Go fig.) Anyways...lemme know if any of you out there like the idea.
