Hooookaaaaaaaaay....that's original.  Very original.  I'm impressed.

I liked the bit about Nerima & the natives.  The concept of
Washu-as-cursed-Ranma is interesting.  BUT.....

You, my friend, need to find a VERY patient editor to go through your
writing and fix all the grammar problems in this work (and your future
ones).

All in all, not bad.  Clean up the grammar and you'll really have something
here.
