Hehe. Always living onward to be cursed! ^_-
On a side note, what's 'The Golden Bough'? >>

My present light reading; it's a long treatise on myth that wanders
everywhere (like Ryoga with a teleporter) tracking down why a particular
ritual was practiced at Nemi. Interesting, once you figure out the different
spelling of some of the placenames given...
And, also, it is considered by many to be a classic. I kinda have to
agree -- I think I've bloody read it before...and it is good.

Sorry. Not familiar with mythology. Wish I had learned more, but it so
happens that my school didn't offer any mythology course. :( >>

Mine didn't/doesn't. I taught/teaching myself using the local public
library and it's got one of the worst collections you could wish for if your
interest is non-classical mythology.
I probably will include, if I continue this, the 'link of the chapter' to
one of the main mythology/religion sites on the web...of course, all one
really needs is a link to the Encyopedia Mythica...

Yay. You have discovered the obligatory typo. Have a poisoned chocolate?

    No, ara.

How would the baby farf the son himself? This could make things
intersting... ^_- >>

Farf? Now there's a new word! Care to define?

Interesting. But I think that some of you guys might be interested to know
that I've decided to give my fic idea I had posted in "Fic Idea -- sick,
interesting, or what?" a try. I've already written a brief teaser, but I need
some one to help explain the japanese myth/beliefs about the 'mirror, sword,
and orb (or is it jewel?)'. I've heard about it and saw a couple of
references to it, especally in third season of SM (in connection to the holy
grail), but I'd appreciate if someone could explain it in detail for me.
 Thanks! >>
Look, just because you are using the idea doesn't mean I can't too.
And as for the mirror, sword and jewel, break a leg, and you might try
Usagi Yojimbo...the Grasscutter storyarc makes reference to the sword. Don't
get the collected edition, as it doesn't retain the letter columns where
there's useful notes for those who want to know more. (And keep in mind that
the orig. sword -- Grasscutter -- is lost.)
Oh, and *capitalise* Japanese next time -- it's rude not to and will not
encourage other to help you.
