I think she is being polite since she does view Ranma as an equal in
terms of her blood. 

"Sama" isn't for equals.  It's for superiors.  "Dono" is the respectful, 
but not subservient form of address, used by Washu for Tenchi and 
Cologne for Ranma.

I've changed it to san in two cases, where Ayeka is speaking of Ranma to
someone
else. And to chan where Ayeka speaks directly to Ranma

Remember according to the blood scan (or something

close to that) in a previous chapters Ranma is part of the Jurai Royal
family. ^_^
