It not making sense for me why you wanting all relatives and friends being kicked off thier internet access for your abusive usage of thier internet access. It will being very easy for police to be tracking you down for threatening abuse to people on internet. All we doing is track down source of e-mail sending, have police gather info about you from server of yours or of relatives of yours who most wanting to not have access of thiers blocked off because of insanity of yours to us. Then police gather picture of you from relatives and issue warrent for arrest against you on National level.
