Happy Birthday to Me!

Ok, I read a really good fanfiction (or what was
written of it) a few weeks ago, and because my memory
is awful, I have forgotten the name, location, and
author. Here is the plot:

In the first part of this this Alternate Universe
fanfic, Ranma destroys the Phoenix pill while in the
Neko-ken, therefore destroying his chances of being
male again. He has to deal with being a girl full
time, yadda yadda yadda. At the end of it, Ranma
fights Cologne, and kills her, but forgets all about
his past life in the process.

In the second part, it is all about Ranko, Ranma's new
personality. It is a bit of a crossover with APCCG
Nuku-Nuku too.

If anyone could reply (privately, to reduce spam like
this) and tell me the author, location, and name, and
whether it is still being written, I would appreciate
it.. call it a Birthday present..
