you might as well as use a saiyajin. ^_^;

     I thought about this seriously, and I would have
to agree with you. I made a list of possible
characters from regular cast:

Ranma: WAY, way too advantageous. Before even
considering how he would fare against a firearm, he
can swim to any nearby island (he did it to get to
China, remember), can use his curse, is very good at
hiding and running, and don't forget his legendery
ability to reverse any odds!
Ryoga: Again, don't think about whether a rifle can
even dent him. He can get lost to anywhere REAL easy,
and got a curse too that's for once useful.
Mousse: Blind; that's one weakness he has. But he also
has LOTS of long-range weapons that others don't have,
and don't forget he can fly away too.
Shampoo: Other than her curse, she doesn't have much
of an advantage over Akane. Of course, just turning
cat might be enough for her.
Ukyo: Now SHE is Akane-equivalent in this case. The
only thing she has that Akane doesn't is that she can
swim away.

    Looking this way, I suppose Akane is the only
likely choice.

If you want the ranmaverse's version of a saiyajin then it will become a
hunt for the hunter
by Ranma.  After all the hunter is surely not worse than Safron and
cie...  And with
Akane in danger...   And dont forget Nabiki with her gatering of info on
the stat of past hunt.
Ranma will kill again to keep her safe... after nearly leveling Nerima
in rage when he learn
of that foolisness.  And Kuno now, its not to say...

Kuno: What my huntress will be hunt by that fool,  I won't permit it!!!

Not to say all the others suitors of Akane...

So dont take Akane else we see a hunter hunt to dead, Ranmaverse
edition...

PS: Try Tsubasa.  That is a hunt not easy.  As long as he dont display a
tree who dont exist
on this island...  And no one will be eager to rescue him.  Not to say
that they wont do it
but a lot less pasionnately...
