I've noticed a lack of characterization of minor characters in SM 
fics. But I've come to make a case for what may just be the most ingnored 
minor character in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Haruka's grandma.

      Admittedly, Haruka's grandmother has only appeared as a person in the 
bacground of one shot in Sailor Moon R (during a shopping trip), but this 
still isn't fair. Rei's grandfather gets plenty of lines in fanfics. Naru's 
mother gets possesed. Lita's grandpa makes an occasional fic appearance... 
but there are no fics about Haruka's grandma.

     I challenge someone to write a fic involving her grandmother. I dare 
ya!
