Chapter 4: The Tree-Kettle Ninja

"Die...Saotome!" cried Kunou,grabbing Ranma's chest.
"You...ano...HENTAI!!" cried Ranma,doing a ninja flip and flinging the
half-conscious Kunou into the ground,suplexing him. "PERVERT!" She went
off as everyone looked at the girl leaving the yard.
"Did you see that?" asked a boy.
"Yeah,Ranma vanished and that girl appeared!" said a girl.
"I wonder who she is?" asked another girl.
Yuffie then realized that nobody recognized the girl as Ranma and let
out a deep sigh. ~They don't know the secret,~ she thought. She then
went to get some hot water for Ranma.

Ranma-chan scowled and snarled in anger as she wrung her suit out.
"How dare that bastard glomp on me...son of a bitch!"
"Hello,Ranma-kun," said a voice. Ranma looked down to see Yuffie
standing there. "So,I see you DIDN'T have a good time."
"You bet," said Ranma-chan angrily. "That bastard grabbed me!"
"Hey,I'm sure glad I wasn't the one who got grabbed," said Yuffie
with a chuckle. "By the way,I was wondering what to do with this."
She balanced a teakettle on her finger.
"H-H-Hey!" cried Ranma. "Don't dtop it!"
"Do you apologize for calling me a klepto?" asked Yuffie.
"Okay,okay,just...give me...the kettle..." begged Ranma-chan.
"Okay,catch," said Yuffie mischeviously. She flung it up,just far away
enough for Ranma-chan to grab it and hang by her feet. "Heh heh,let's
see your ninja skills get you out of that one." Just then,she heard
a sloshing noise and turned to see Kunou,thoroughly soaked. "Uh oh..."
"Where is that sorcerer Saotome?" snarled Kunou. "He hath bewitched me."
"I'm gonna have a LOT of fun beating you up,Kunou-sempai," chuckled
Yuffie as she took a fighting stance. "Come on!"
"So,thou wilt duel with me?" asked Kunou,wringing his clothes out.
"Very well,but if I win,thou must surrender thy evil ways."
"Fine,let's do it," muttered Yuffie. ~Hurry up,Ranma!~
Ranma-chan slowly swung herself up to an upright position. ~That little
klepto's gonna seriously pay for what she did!~ she thought.
"HYAH!" cried Kunou,charging with his bokken. Yuffie laughed and grabbed
the weapon between her hands,doing a somersault and hurling the young
man into the tree. She then sweatdropped.
"Whoops," she thought as Kunou crashed into Ranma and knocked her from
the tree,making the kettle clatter harmlessly to the ground,intact.
Kunou locked gazes with Ranma-chan. "You...you are that girl I saw!
The one who flung me into the ground!"
"GET LOST,YA BIG JERK!" screamed Ranma-chan,suplexing him again. She
then picked up the kettle and doused herself,reverting to normal.
"Kuso...that son of a bitch. How dare he!"
"Come on,Ranma," said Yuffie. "We'd better hurry and get back to class."
As they left,Kunou came too. "Hmmm..." he thought.

Kunou returned to class. "Tendo Nabiki,do you know where I can find
a fair maiden with a red piggytail of precious hair?"
"Hmmm..." said Nabiki. She had gotten word about the incident at the
pool. "I think I do. But it'll cost you 12000 yen."
Kunou handed a wad of yen bills. "Nice doing business with you," said
Nabiki. She then gave the dirt on Ranma-chan. "She's staying with us."
"No!" said Kunou in horror. "That fair maiden under the same roof as
that vile sorcerer Saotome? I will not permit it!" He then took out
a paper and pen and scribbled out a message. "Give this to her."
"Sure,Kunou baby," laughed Nabiki,hearing opportunity knocking.

After school,Nabiki found Ranma in the dojo sparring with Yuffie. "Hey,
Ranma-kun! I got a note from Kunou-chan." She flipped it to him.
"Eh?" he said,opening it. "'To the Tree-Kettle Piggytail Girl. Meet me
at 5:00 pm at the school courtyard. Come alone.'" He tore it up. "So,
that baka wants a rematch,eh? I'll give him one he'll never forget!"

5:01 pm,at the school courtyard. Ranma-chan paced. "He's not here,"
he mumbled to nobody in particular. Just then,her ninja senses picked
up a presence and she whirled about to find Kunou there. "You!"
"Ah,the piggy-tailed girl hath arrived," sighed Kunou,his hands behind
his back. "It is good to see thee."
"Come on,Kunou," snarled Ranma-chan. "Let's fight. Where's your blade?"
"I have no need to fight,my love," said Kunou,pulling his hands out and
throwing what was in them. Ramna grabbed it and gasped.
It was a big bouquet of roses!
"Osage no onna,I love you," said Kunou dreamily. "Your grace and speed
hath captured my heart and I will make thee mine." He left.
Ranma-chan dropped the rose and began to weep. "Oh my god..." she said.
