  Akane looked at the confused redhead and then at the boy Ranma was
staring at.

 "Ranma," she said, unafected by whatever was making the others act so
oddly. "What's wrong?"

  "I wonder what it will feel like when he kisses me?" Ranma said
wistfully.



Or of course.... Dr.Tofu -MegaPlayboy.

 He did look damn good in a tux.

I came up with this idea long time ago, but didn't do anything. Perhaps one

Karin's been given another assginment. It appears that her first effort 
wasn't entirely successfuly. Even though she already had eliminated the 
Mega-Playboy in the past, it appears that another one has appeared out of 
nowhere. Guess what? Her pay is suspensed; no dream house and handsome 
husband and a dog for her until she gets rid of this new one.
So she travels back into time again, this time to Nermia. Unfortunately, due 
to a malfunction, all records of her target were lost. She's forced to drudge 
through history banks and comes across Ranma Saotome. She quickly pegs him as 
a Mega-Playboy - who else would have a such astounding strength, 
higher-than-normal leaps, hordes of enemies, and 4 finacees?
After repeated misses, she finally shoots Ranma with the DMC bullet and 
quickly leaves before anyone could peg her. Satsified, she returns to her 
time-machine only to find a message awaiting for her: it turns out that Ranma 
WASN'T the Mega-Playboy after all!
Meanwhile, Ranma finds out that he's lost his martial artist skills and 
powers. He's now just ANN (Another Normal Nobody). It's not long before his 
rivals (Mousse, Kuno family, Ryouga, Tsuba and others) attempt to use this to 
their advantage. He ends up using Saotome Technique more often than he had in 
his entire life!
Karin tries to fix this problem by shooting him with another DCM bullet to 
restore him to his normal state. Unfortunately, she misses AGAIN, and manages 
to shoot nobody other than KUNO?! Now everyone has to deal with Super-powered 
up Kuno.
And there's still a matter of the unknown Mega-Playboy who's preying after 
the pretty girls of Nermia, including Ranma's finacees - and there's nothing 
Ranma can do to stop it without his abilities!

I'm not sure about what to do about this 'unknown Mega-Playboy' stuff. It 
could be chalked up as an error or fake report. Or whatever.
