In the blink of an eye?  Wow, I didn't think that Genma marrying Nodoka
would be a split second decision. (i.e, remove that phrase)

The person that had bested the now demonized Ryu.  Were Ranma was to
guess who was the better, he would have to admit that the dark aura
surrounding Ryu had been impressive..

Since Goki has already beaten Ryu and proven himself, I assume that you
mean that you are talking about a comparison between Ryu and himself.  If
I'm correct, then I like your phrasing, but you might wish to change the
beginning of the sentence to state "If Ranma had to guess if he was
better, he would..." 

	Genkai nodded.  "Goki's sole purpose in life is to prove to the world
the power of his art.  Almost none in this world can stand against him."

That almost seems...Ranma-ish.

The
prospect of pitting his art against the legendary fury of the nekoken
would be too tantalizing for him to miss out on.

Take out 'out on'.

Descriptions of Happosai, the Anything Goes Style, and now Vega taking an
unhealthy interest in Ranma.  I just had this thought of a Ninja-suited
Vega running amok through a locker room chased by SF females with a bag
full of panties.

The data screen was just as quickly removed and the various screenings
of the fight went on recording.  On screen forty four a young boy was
making a victory sign towards the screen as if he saw them there. 

Er...I haven't seen the anime.  Does Ranma actually make victory signs?

	"Okay," Mini-Usagi agreed, after concluding whether or not she could
hide that little detail from Usagi.

Either change 'concluding' to 'rumiating', or remove 'whether or not'

*Jeez, it was just a small dream.  I wonder if he'll be mad if dream
about him instead,* she thought, giggling to herself. 

Actually, from Ranma's perspective, that would be extremely odd.  I mean,
most people like themselves, but don't -like- themselves.

	Mini-Moiraine sighed and gave a pat on his hand to show that she will
do as he asked but kept the cross look so that he also knew that she
wasn't happy with it.

will = would.  (tense)

Out of the Moiraine, Urd, and Usagi it was oddly the former that made
him feel the need to keep this secret from. 

Convoluted.  Try 'Out of the three' and change 'it was Moiraine', or take
out 'Out'.

The weight themselves were not much of a problem as he could lift a
small boulder if he had too with the training he had undergone.

from him and Moiraine.

Unlike most souls, they did this even when asleep.  It took conscious
effort not to help Ranma.

The sardines weren't worth the trouble.  A few more shots, then 
Ryoga-san would overheat and explode.  Ducking around a corner, 
I managed to lose him as I entered the ramshackle residence of 
my Anime supplier.

One look at his face and I knew that I was betrayed.  "Tell me."
I insisted.  He refused, so I slammed him against the wall.
"Last chance.  Where can Ranma-Ranma find good fanfics?"
"Try Jason Liao." he whispered, before he slumped to the floor.
