Hi, I need a villain for the second of Sailor Andromeda's Funniest Adventures. I cannot create my own, for reasons both inspiration and plot-related.

 Here are the requirements:
 a) creator must HATE the Spice Girls
 b) villain should be male
 c) more into cunning plots than frontal attacks
 d) would be nice if he's vunreable to loud noises
 e) can be from any fanfic on any series (even unused in any fanfic)

 If anyone has a villain to spare or can make one up on the spot, please make a private response.
 Point a) is the most important.
