This is episode 16 of my gender-bender SM story. By the way,if I do a
sequel,it
might have some Sekkishiru Roman(romantic lemon) scenes in it because of
something
I read in the manga,where Mamoru and Usagi sleep together after talking
about Chibiusa.

* Sailor Moon: Magical Boy Epic * [Need A Better Title]

Note: This is an ALTERNATE REALITY story,which sort of is a gender-bender with certain characters of "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon" or,
since I am using the dub NA version,just Sailor Moon. ;) I've also
changed a few things in the plot. Don't worry,in no way have I changed 
the essence of the anime saga to alienate Moonie otaku...I hope!

Second Note: For those of you who are referring me to Chris Jones's 
fanfic,Sailor Moon Reversal,I KNOW ABOUT THE FANFIC! Don't tell me
about it anymore,okay? This story has very few connections to that
work,and if you don't know about the fanfic,go to Chris's site at:

Disclaimers: In no way do I own any characters in Sailor Moon,nor do
I own any characters that make cheap cameos! While some of the people
are my creation,they still have similar traits to the Sailor Scouts
and friends you know,so I don't own those Scouts or friends. Naoko
and DiC do. Don't worry,I won't try to butcher this job like THEY did.

Episode 16: 2X + 2Y = LOVE

Queen Beryl was NOT pleased. "You let Lotus Mask get the crystal?"

"I am deeply sorry,my queen," said Zoisite,bowing. "But don't you
worry. We'll get it back. I promise that I'll steal it from her."

"You forget we need ALL the crystals," chided Beryl. "Find the other
four before those stupid Sailor Scouts do!"

"Don't worry,I'll search for the third crystal NOW," said Zoisite.
He held up the gem. "Crystal of the stars,show me the next person
that holds a Rainbow Crystal!" An image of a young girl with short
brown hair and blue eyes appeared. "I will not fail you again."

"You had better not," warned Beryl. "I don't tolerate failures."

"Amos! Wait!"

Amos felt someone grab his arm and turned to see the girl that Zoisite
had found. She had a very cute face and wore a cute school uniform.

"Huh?" asked Amos.

"WATCH OUT!!" screamed a worker. A steel beam landed inches before
Amos. He leapt up,startled,then saw that the girl was gone!

"Huh?" said Amos.

Later,at school,the results for the standard test were up.

"Maaaaan!" cried Seth. "I can't believe it! Mom's gonna kill me!"

"Maybe you should try STUDYING,Seth," teased Linus.

"Ha ha ha," laughed Seth. "I'd rather be dead." He then noticed
the top marks and saw what looked like this:

"Hey!" said Seth. "Miss Urawa aced the test! Hey,Amos,isn't she new?"

"Yeah,she moved here a week ago," said Amos with a smile.

"Why don't you claim her as a girlfriend?" asked Linus.

"G-G-GIRLFRIEND?" gasped Amos. He laughed it off. "Ha ha ha,so funny."
He then saw the girl that had saved his life. "Hey,Gwen! Hi there!"

Gwen gasped and ran off.

"Geez,she's rather shy," said Seth to himself.

Gwen sighed as she held a yellowed paper clipping. Seth came up. "Hi."

"Yeep!" cried Gwen,turning around. "Don't do that!"

"Sorry,Gwen," said Seth. "Say,isn't that clipping of Amos?"

"Yeah..." sighed Gwen dreamily. "He's such a hunk. I've been trying to
be as good as he is,to impress him,but I..."

"Hey,you aced the test," said Seth. "So,you did it!"

"No,I didn't," said Gwen sadly,turning back and looking at Amos,who
was playing volleyball. She blushed. "He's so cute in that outfit."

"Hey,leave it to me!" said Seth. "I'm Mr. Romance! I'll get you two
lovebirds together." He turned to leave.

"Seth,wait," said Gwen. Seth turned back around. "Watch out for water."

"Huh?" asked Seth. The next second,he was doused with water.

"Oops!" said the custodian.

"I guess I should have warned you earlier," said Gwen,giggling.

"Bleh," spat Seth.

"So,what do you want to do tonight?" asked Ren,holding Darlene's hand.

~I have to find the Silver Moon Crystal,~ thought Darlene. ~It is the
only thing that can allow me to know what's going on!~

"Hey,whoo hoo!" said Ren,waving a hand before her face. "Earth to
Darlene! Where are you,Darlene? The Moon?"

"Ah...yeah," said Darlene,blushing.

"So,what do you want to do tonight?" asked Ren.

"Ah...how about hit the mall?" asked Darlene. "I could use new shoes."

"Great idea!" said Ren,smiling brightly.

Seth met Gwen in Fruits Parlor Crown and handed her something.
"Here you go. This picture is a LOT better than that old crumbly
piece of newspaper you've been clutching to."

Gwen looked at the photo,it showed Amos about to bite into a
slice of pizza. "You mean I can have this?"

"Yeah,but don't tell anyone where you got it," said Seth,chuckling.
"Amos isn't a bookworm. If he's prodded,he can do normal things."

Luna saw the wand flashing. ~This girl must have the next Rainbow
Crystal!~ thought the cat. ~Better keep an eye on her.~

"Now," said Seth mischeviously. "We have to get you two on a date."

"Me?" asked Gwen,flustered. "No way! When I saw him,I felt in love,
but I...I can't go out with him. He..."

"Hey,you have to go out sometime," teased Seth. "I'll take care of
everything. I'll grab Amos after his computer class and we'll meet
you at the arcade,it's so simple. Bye!" He laughed as he left.

"Wait!" said Gwen. She then looked at the photo. "Hmmm..."

"Seth!" said Luna. "There's something I need to tell you! Gwen is..."

"Not now!" shouted Seth as he intercepted Amos. "Hey,Amos!"

"Oh hi," said Amos. "What's up?"

"I've got a surprise for you!" said Seth,putting an arm on his back.

"I don't have time," said Amos,but Seth shoved him. "Hey!"

"Cone on,Amos!" said Seth,pushing him across the street. "You don't
want to miss this! Trust me,you'll love it!"

"Stop pushing!" shouted Amos.

Luna groaned. ~That boy...sometimes he is so stupid!~

Gwen was walking to the arcade when suddenly Zoisite appeared. "Hello."

"Zoisite!" hissed Gwen.

"How did you know my name?" asked Zoisite in shock.

"I have the power of precognition!" said Gwen coldly. "I know about you
and what are you are going to do to me!"

"Ah good," said Zoisite with a smirk. "This saves time,so I'll just..."

Gwen threw her backpack at her. "NO! I won't become a monster! I would
rather be dead in the elements than to serve you!!!"

"HA!" said Zoisite,blasting her on her back. "Don't be a fool,girl. You
can't escape destiny." He summoned the crystal and fired it at Gwen!

Fate,however,was lucky. Amos was pushed into the street by Seth,who
kept telling him "You are gonna love this,Amos!"

Amos then turned and gasped. "GWEN!"

"Huh?" asked Seth. He saw Gwen screaming and sobbing as the black beam
was impaling her back. "Oh my god! That bastard! MOON PRISM POWER!"

"MERCURY POWER!" screamed Amos. Bubbles flew from his wand and covered
him in a froth,changing him into Sailor Mercury. "Yo,Zoisite!"

Zoisite stopped the extraction. "Damn! Those two!"

"You leave Gwen alone,you son of a bitch!" snarled Mercury. "I am
Sailor Mercury! Douse in water and repent!"

"And I am Sailor Moon,champion of justice!" said Sailor Moon. "You
are a cruel man to rape girls like that! In the name of the Moon,I
will right wrong and triumph over evil,and that means you!"

"Ha ha ha," laughed Zoisite. "You don't stand a chance,Sailor Brats."

"You get Gwen to safety," said Seth,pushing Amos.

"Don't push!" snapped Amos. He picked Gwen up and sprinted off.

"I don't have time to play with boys like you," said Zoisite. He fired
off his petal wind,but Seth leapt away.

"Take this,bastard!" shouted Seth. "MOON BANDANNA MAGIC!"

The bandanna passed through the petal cloud as Zoisite vanished.

"DAMN! He got away!" snarled Seth.

"We have to hurry before he finds Gwen and removes her crystal," said
Luna. "Otherwise,she will become a youma!"

"Eh?" said Seth,turning to Luna. "Gwen has a Rainbow Crystal?"

"That is what I have been TRYING to tell you,Sailor Moon," said Luna.

"Oh," said Seth. "Then we'd better find her then!" They ran off.

Amos poured some water on Gwen's feverish forehead. "Don't worry,Gwen.
I won't let that monster get you,I promise."

"Thank you,Amos," sighed Gwen.

"What? How did you know my name?" asked Amos,but Gwen had fallen asleep.

"This is so frustrating!" said Seth as they walked about. "How will we
ever be able to find Sailor Mercury and Gwen?"

"Try using the Crescent Moon Wand as a divining rod," suggested Luna.
"Since Gwen has the Rainbow Crystal in her,it will flash louder when
you get closer to her. That way,you can track them."

"Good idea!" said Seth,holding out the wand. "This wand is cheesy,but
if it will help me find Gwen,I'll use it." He moved around with the
wand until it began to flash. "Okay,got it. Let's book it!"

Amos noticed the photo Seth had given Gwen sticking out of her pocket.
She took it. "This picture...I gave it to Seth..." Gwen began to thrash
and scream,so Amos put the photo back and roused the girl. "Gwen?"

"YAH!" cried Gwen,bolting up. She turned to Amos,then clutched him and
began to sob. "Amos...I saw a nightmare. I was the monster and I...I...
I shot you dead! I killed you with bullets! AAAAAAH!!"

"Calm down!" said Amos,rocking her. "It's only a dream."

"You wish," said Gwen,sniffling. She stared into Amos's eyes. "Amos,
I have to tell you something. I have to power to see the future."

"What?" asked Amos in shock,pulling her away. "You mean...you can find
out what's happening in the next month?"

"No,only the next hour," said Gwen. "That is how I knew who you were.
And that's how I aced the test - I cheated."

"Oh..." said Amos. "That's okay."

"No,it is not!" cried Gwen. "Amos,I'm gonna be turned into a monster,
and then I'll have to fight you...and kill you! Kill me now,before that
happens. I would never forgive myself if I hurt you!!!"

"Gwen..." said Amos,getting up. He placed both hands on her. "Don't be
afraid. Even if you are turned into a monster,everything will be all
right. I won't hold it against you,Gwen. My friend,Sailor Moon,will
save you. He will change you back to normal."

"Yeah,if she doesn't kill him first," said Zoisite as he appeared.

"Zoisite..." snarled Mercury,standing between them.

"Forget it,Merc," said Zoisite with a chuckle. "You can't stop me."
He fired the crystal into Gwen,and the beam went through Mercury!

"NO!!" cried Amos in horror as Gwen began screaming and sobbing.
"Leave her alone,you son of a bitch!"

"Trust me,you won't feel so happy towards her once you see her true
self," laughed Zoisite as the yellow crystal appeared and was dropped
into Zoisite's hand. "Okay,Beebee,SHOW THIS BOY YOUR TRICKS!"

"GWEN!" screamed Amos as the evil magic took hold and changed Gwen.
"Don't let that bastard take control of you!"

The youma Beebee was a wicked sharpshooting little Red Riding Hood.
She giggled as she aimed a giant rifle at Amos!

"Don't do it,Gwen," said Amos. "You are Gwen,I know you are Gwen!"

"Hee hee..." said Beebee. She then fired at Zoisite,knocking the
crystal from his hand and making it landed near Mercury!

"AAAH!" cried Zoisite,clutching his blasted hand. "Impossible!
That is a Shadow,a servant of the Negaverse!" He fired the beam,
making Beebee triple is size! "BEEBEE! I AM YOUR MASTER! YOU WILL
KILL SAILOR MERCURY! KILL HIM!!!!" This time,Beebee fired at Amos!

Amos screamed as he ran off.

"Hey,Zoi!" said Sailor Moon. "Why are you enslaving girls? Are you
some sort of perverted ennui or something?"

"Ha ha ha!" laughed Zoisite. "You think Beebee's just a girl? She
is a powerful servant of the Negaverse!"

"No,Gwen!" cried Amos. "MERCURY FREEZING MIST!" He locked the youma
in ice. "Sailor Moon,hurry and heal her!"

"Okay,okay," muttered Sailor Moon,holding up the wand. "MOON HEALING
ACTIVATION!" But nothing happened. "Huh? What is it?"

"Too bad," said Zoisite,just before a lotus whizzed past him. "Eh?"

"Picking on boys,then girls?" asked Lotus Mask,who was standing on
a tree branch. "Tsk tsk,Zoisite. You are such a bully."

"Damnit!" said Zoisite. "I'll get the crystal later. Beebee will
deal with you." He vanished in a flurry of cherry petals.

"You are gonna have to hurt Gwen," said Luna. "The only way to
make the wand work is to damage her until the dark energy is low."

"I can't do it," said Seth. "I won't hurt her!"

"Neither will I," said Amos,remembering Gwen's plea to kill her.
~No,I won't ever hurt Gwen.~ Just then,the youma broke free! "GWEN!"

*BANG! BANG! BANG!* Amos jerked violently as he fell to the ground.
Three bullet holes were in his chest and blood was oozing from them.

"MERCURY!" screamed Sailor Moon. "NOOOOOOO!!!" He glared at Beebee.
~That son of a bitch is gonna pay...~

Beebee giggled and aimed at Sailor Moon,but then...

"MARS FIRE SOUL!"

"JUPITER STORM SPIRAL!"

Fire and lightning ripped apart the gun and disarmed the youma.

"Mercury's hurt!" begged Sailor Moon. He removed his bandanna. "This
is for my friend! MOON BANDANNA MAGIC!" The bandanna tied up the youma.

"Hurry,heal the girl before it's too late!" said Luna.

"Do I have to use this stupid wand again?" moaned Seth. When Luna
replied with a glare,he sighed and spun it about. "MOON HEALING
ACTIVATION!" Bam. Gwen recovered to normal and fainted.

"Are you okay?" asked Mars in horror.

Amos fluttered his eyes open. "Yeah...good thing these shirts had
padding in them..." He blacked out.

"Oh my god,call 911!" said Linus in terror.

"What about the crystal?" asked Luna.

"LUNA!" shouted Seth. "Amos may be dying and you don't care about him?"

Gwen got up,then saw the scene. ~I did it. I killed him!~ she thought.
She ran off,sobbing her heart out. Luna saw this and ran after her.

"Meow," said the cat.

"Go away,Luna," said Gwen. "I did something I could never forgive myself
for. I hate myself for having this power and not being able to use it.
I can see what happened to Amos,and now I'll never be able to live."

"Gwen," said Luna. "Listen to me. It's not your fault. The Negaverse
took control of you. Yes,we have had problems,but don't ever think that
Amos won't forgive you for it. We all forgive you."

Gwen looked at Luna. "Really?"

"Of course. Visit her in the hospital,then apologize. He'll understand."

The next day,in the Tokyo Hospital,Amos was lying on the bed. He had a
bandage around his chest. The beebees had been removed and the surgery
was successful. Gwen came in. "Amos?" she asked.

Amos opened his eyes and sat up. "Gwen..."

"I'm sorry," said the girl,going over to him. "I didn't mean to..."

"Hey,I'm glad that the shirt took most of the damage," said Amos with
a smile. "Gwen,I forgive you. Zoisite turned you into a monster,and he
will pay for what he did. Trust me,everyone will be okay."

"You forgive me,after what I did to you?"

"Sure. You had no control over your powers. Even if I had died,I would
not blame you,okay? Let's be friends." He kissed her hand.

She blushed. "Thank you,Amos. I can live with myself now."

The week after that,Gwen was boarding the train.

"You're moving again?" asked Amos,concerned.

"Yeah," sighed Gwen. "My family moves about a lot. It's a real drag."

"And just when we were getting to know each other," said Seth. "Bummer."

"Amos..." said Gwen. "Ah...er...well,I was gonna say..."

"Don't worry,I understand," said Amos,kissing her cheek.

"Here,you take this back," said Gwen,handing the photo.

"Let me trade you this photo," said Amos,handing her a better photo. It
was a self-portait. "My mouth isn't wide open like Seth's."

"I do NOT have my mouth open all the time," protested Seth.

"Yeah right," teased Linus and Ren.

"Well,I'll see you some day," said Gwen. "Bye,Amos." She blew a kiss
as she boarded the train and it left. Amos looked on longingly.
