Hi! I'm the pre reader, and I have an explanation for all those wonderful 
readers out there.

The Wordsmiths started as an idea. Then Chapter 1 was written. Then they got 
into a bunch of other stories, including the original version of Alterations 
and Revisions. Finally, the other chapters were written, months after the 
original one was.

I believe a lot of the back story mentioned in these stories is floating 
around the author's mind as "written". To help people understand better, I 
intend to (with the author's permission) publish these lost scenes. I hope 
to have a few up later.
