Luna?  Lina's sister?  She got accidently turned into a cat some years
back.  She says she's not mad, but Lina's not taking chances.  Luna
basically just hangs around Rivendell.

It's Zelphila (I think thats the spelling) and it was for projecting an
image of her
bathing to the entire town for money.
