Damn... If this is your first post to the List, I hope it is a sign of
things to come.  Truly beatuiful.  Hell, you could almost, but not
quite, leave it where the chapter ended, it was so satisfying.

Either there were no grammar/typo nits to be made, or I was so caught
in the poetry of it that I couldn't see them--either way, an excellent
introduction piece to the ML....
