This is a pretty good start. Just maybe a slight revision, and change
"Ashly" to "Ashley". At least, I hope that's what the correct spelling is.

I *really* tried to find a crappy looking fire-type pokemon for the
'revised' starter 3, but all them looked too cool! Darn it. There isn't
that many fire pokemon (out of the original 151) other than Charmander,
Growlithe, and Vulpix as well as their evolutions and Magmar, Flareon and
Moltres. And damn if they aren't all kick arse. Too bad there isn't a
'Magikarp' of fire pokemon ^_^;;

Boober/Magmar looks kinda goofy, but it's cool. You could have a defective
fire pokemon. You know, a Fire/Moltres that has a clipped wing, a
Hitokage/Charmander that belches for fun whenever possible, something like
that. Okido/Oak could introduce it as a specially (read: poorly) raised one.
Just some kind of behavioral or physical fault that can be used for comedy.
I think there should have been commercials for Nozonokusa/Oddish and the
Ruujura/Jynx, also. If you think Ruujura is hideous on Game Boy, wait till
you see it in PokeSta. Not only is it in color, but you also have to see it
move and project it's lips from it's face as it's opening taunt. Gah........
It's almost preferable to the dub voice of Kosaburo/Butch.
