Oh well,
here's the list. I am somewhat surprised by the lack of replies.
The ones I
did recieve were positive though, and I hope this will get more
people to
start using the Japanese names, which brings me to something I want
to point
out. Someone pointed out to me that people may have a hard time
memorizing
over 151 names.

And why, pray tell, would more people want to do that? In case you
had not noticed, the majority of the fanfics being written on this
list are written in English. Unlike some other mainstream dubs, there
is a perfectly good English version of Pokemon, with names that look,
sound, and work better in English.

You want Pokemon fics with Japanese names? Read Japanese Pokemon
fics. Pokemon is the one, singular case in which I will *defend* the
use of English version names in English Pokemon fanfics.

But more on that in another post.

If you have the CD, try rapping along with the guy in "Pokemon Ieru
ka na?".
I have memorized almost all of them this way, although I did look
like a
complete moron while rapping in Japanese. Enough chatter, here's
the list,

Most people look like morons rapping regardless of what language it's
in. Take it from someone with experience; I have yet to live down my
Vanilla Ice impression from my early high school days, and I only
sound marginally less stupid rapping in Japanese.

and help me if you can. It's tough putting this together by myself.

Errr...why are you bothering? There are only about a couple hundred
Pokemon websites out there where devoted Pokemon fans have already
done this. All you have to do, if you really want to know the
original names, is head to Anipike and scout around a bit.
