Cosmic Knight's Story

* Sailor Moon: Magical Boy Epic * [Need A Better Title]

Note: This is an ALTERNATE REALITY story,which sort of is a gender-bender with certain characters of "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon" or,
since I am using the dub NA version,just Sailor Moon. ;) I've also
changed a few things in the plot. Don't worry,in no way have I changed 
the essence of the anime saga to alienate Moonie otaku...I hope!

Second Note: For those of you who are referring me to Chris Jones's 
fanfic,Sailor Moon Reversal,I KNOW ABOUT THE FANFIC! Don't tell me
about it anymore,okay? This story has very few connections to that
work,and if you don't know about the fanfic,go to Chris's site at:

Disclaimers: In no way do I own any characters in Sailor Moon,nor do
I own any characters that make cheap cameos! While some of the people
are my creation,they still have similar traits to the Sailor Scouts
and friends you know,so I don't own those Scouts or friends. Naoko
and DiC do. Don't worry,I won't try to butcher this job like THEY did.

Episode 11: An Animated Message(or Twin Trouble)
========================================================================

"HE'S HIP! HE'S COOL! HE'S THE SUPER SAILOR-SHIRTED WARRIOR,SAILOR V!"

"OUR HERO!"

The commercial on TV was grabbing Seth's attention. "Oh man! I can't
wait to see the animated Sailor V movie!" whined the beige-haired boy.

"Life is so unfair," mumbled Luna during her nap in sarcasm.

Meanwhile,two girls were sitting on a curb. One wore bifocals,and the
other had long black hair. The former was called Lori,the latter Cassie.

"I don't want to go to meet Mr. Migoto," said Lori sadly.

"Why not?" asked Cassie. "Don't tell me you failed the deadline!"

"Oh,the work's done," sighed Lori. "I don't like his critiques."

	"I want this boy to have muscle," said Mr. Migoto,the editor.

	"You want a pro wrestler?" asked Lori.

	"Hell,no! What are you thinking? I want kids to see this,but
	 I want them to look up to Sailor V as a superhero,and this
	 flimsy waif is no way super. Muss the hair up some too."

	"Okay," moaned Lori.

"We should be lucky," said Lori. "We're only in high school,and we get
to do the new Sailor V animated movie. But it's so tough."

"Don't quit,Lori," said Cassie. "I'll help you out."

"Hey,I want to see my name on the credits," said Lori,smiling.

"Right," said Cassie. "We'll get As if we do well! Race you to school!"
She got up and ran at top speed. Lori chased her,dropping one of her
scrapbooks at the feet of Amos Anderson.

"Hey! You dropped something!" he shouted. He picked it up and read it.
"Ohmigod! This is the scrapbook of one of the animators of Sailor V!"

Nephlite was meditating again. ~The stars know everything,~ she thought.
~Guide me to my strongest target. Find someone who can give enough power
to unleash my strongest warriors and annihilate the Sailor Scouts!~

The picture of Lori appeared. ~This time,I will send two youma...~

Amos was walking down the street. "I've got to return this," he thought.
Suddenly,a car drove past. Amos recognized it. ~That car...~ She gasped
as she recognized the face of the woman inside. ~Seth told me about her,
that is Nephlite! I've got to stop him from his next attack.~

Lori griped and groaned. "I'll never get this stupid thing done by
deadline," she moaned. "I can't get the outfit right! ARGH!!"

She checked on Cassie's work and gasped. ~She is so far ahead! I'll
never catch up with her!~ She went back to her desk and opened a 
drawer,removing a red pencil box. ~I hate doing this,but...~

	"Cool!" said Cassie as she pressed her face on the glass case.
	"Look at all those pencils! I heard that professionals use them!"

	"They are super-expensive,Cassie," said Lori.

	"Come on," said Cassie. "We'll get some and then we could be
	super-good. Maybe we could get into the special art school!"

	Cassie bought 12 pencils and put six into a red pencil box and
	a blue pencil box. She kept the blue box and gave the red one
	to Lori. "These are rather expensive,so we can't waste them."

	"Right," said Lori. "We'll only use them in emergencies."

	The two made a vow not to use the pencils unless they needed to.

"I'm sure Cassie would understand," sighed Lori. She opened the box.
"Only one stubby pencil left. Oh well..." Suddenly,the door flew open
and Lori turned to see Nephlite there. "Who are you?"

"Name's Maia Stanton," said Nephlite. "I didn't mean to intrude,but
I heard you were the highest animator of this movie." She touched
her pencil and snickered. ~Let's see how Sailor Moon handles this!~

The dark symbol flared on the pencil.

"Queen Beryl will be most pleased," giggled Nephlite. She turned
around...and gasped. "SAILOR MERCURY!"

"Nephlite you bitch!" shouted Amos,who was in his uniform. "I bet
you put a youma in one of those animators! Remove it now!"

"Fat chance,little mouse," teased Nephlite,who did a flying kick and
knocked Mercury on her car. As she got in,she taunted him. "You are
right,I did put a youma in a person,two in fact. When they come out,
you'll be in for the fight of your lives. Tell your moon boy that!"
She giggled as she drove off,spouting smoke in Amos's face.

"BITCH!" snarled Amos.

Cassie came in. "Hey,Lori!" said the girl. "I brought you something."
She held up a bag of fast food. "Your favorite!"

"I'm not hungry," mumbled Lori as the doorbell rang.

Cassie opened it. "Excuse me," said Amos. "I think you dropped this."

"Oh my!" said Cassie,taking the scrapbook. "Lori,come down here! This
nice boy returned your scrapbook! Don't you want to thank him? Lori?"
She turned to Amos. "Sorry,Lori's changed. I think she's scared of
flunking the animation class and messing up the Sailor V movie."

"You're working on that movie?" asked Amos in shock.

"Yep," said Cassie proudly. "Her job is the last part. It's tough."

~Poor girl...~ thought Amos. ~Two youma are in her!~

"You took on NEPHLITE?" asked Luna. "You could have gotten killed!"

"I tried to make him undo the spell,but no good," said Amos with a
sigh. "Guess we'll have to fight the youmas."

"That bitch!" shouted Seth,clenching his fist. "She's gonna pay!"

"Right,Seth," mumbled Luna.

"So,we'd better go to the studio and watch over Lori like a hawk,"
said Amos. "Call up Ren and get him over here."

"Right," said Seth,activating his communicator. "Ren,come on. We are
going to the Sailor V movie studio! There is a youma there!"

"Are you sure you're not dragging me there to get autographs?" said Ren.

"Ren!" shouted Seth. "Just come on!"

"Okay,okay," said Ren.

Cassie gasped as Lori dropped a pile of sketches on her desk. "You did
all those sketches this MORNING?!" she asked.

"No,these are only a few," said Lori. "Mr. Migoto has the others." She
went to her studio. "Don't bother me!" She slammed the door hard.

"Lori..." said Cassie,worried.

Lori chuckled as she sketched away. ~I'll show them. I'll show them all
that I can do anything if I put my mind to it!~

The pencil elongated.

Ren came up. "Where were you guys? I was waiting for you at the studio!"

"How did you get changed so fast?" asked Seth.

"I...ah...stuffed my uniform in my backpack," said Ren,laughing.

"Yeah...riiiiight..." said Seth,doing his Ukyou impression.

"Well,let's go!" said Ren,turning around. *RIP!* The bag fell apart
and a bunch of cards fell at his feet. "Oh no! My cards!" He saw the
others. "I mean...my class wanted me to get autographs for them."

"Uh huh," said Seth. "Admit it,Ren. You just want autographs of the
top animators,just like me." He chuckled.

"Don't start," mumbled Amos. "Come on,Raye. Get serious. We have to
wait for the youmas to appear,remember?"

"Right," said Ren eagely. ~But I can steal a few autos and sell them
for lots of yen. Heh,and they say I don't have a brain!~

Nephlite was sipping some champange. "To the end of the Scouts."

"Really?" asked Zoisite as he appeared. "You seem confident."

"I have the best plan laid out," snickered Nephlite. "I've put my
strongest youma into an animator. When Sailor Moon shows up,bam,
he and his little friends will all perish."

"I hope you know what you are doing," said Zoisite cooly.

"This is totally cool!" cried Ren and Seth as they looked over the
animator's shoulders and being general pests.

"Oh! Draw a picture of him eating!" shouted Seth.

Amos was talking to Cassie,with Luna on her lap. "I heard that Sailor
V is getting big now that the movie almost out," said Amos.

"Yeah,but Sailor Moon and his friends,Mercury and Mars,are also getting
a lot of attention," said Cassie. "That's why Lori's worried."

Lori stepped out of the office.

"She's changed," said Cassie softly. "I worry about her."

"I think that someone did something to her," said Amos.

"What? She didn't tell me!" said Cassie in horror. "Rape? Mugging?"

"I can't tell you," said Amos.

"SHUT THE HELL UP!!" screamed Lori. She grabbed Seth by the collar.
"This is not a playground,it's a studio,got it?"

"Hey,leave him alone!" snapped Cassie,getting up. "You're being super-
rude today,Lori. We invited them here to see how we do things!"

Lori tossed Seth into Ren. "Well,they don't have to squeal like dying
animals! I'm concentrating here,and they act like doofuses!"

"We,aren't WE the prima donna?" snarled Cassie. "What's with you?"

*Ring ring!* A fellow girl picked up the phone. "Hello?"

"What do you mean?" asked Lori angrily.

"You've changed," said Cassie coldly. "You are mean to everyone."

"You're just jealous because I'm better than you," said Lori.

"Yes,she is," said the girl. "Hold on." She held the phone. "Lori,it's
Mr. Migoto. He wants to talk to you."

Lori broke off and took the phone. "Hello?"

"This is great!" said Migoto. "You are the person I'm looking for! When
we do the sequel,you are gonna be the top animator."

"There will be no sequel."

"You're kidding,right?" asked Migoto,as he dropped his jaw.

"No,I'm killing off Sailor V and starting a new series," chuckled Lori.
"It's gonna be based on the Negaverse and its glory!"

The three boys gasped audibly. ~THE NEGAVERSE!!~ they thought.

"Are you out of your f++king mind!?" shouted Migoto. "Get me Cassie!"

*CLICK* Lori hung up.

"Lori,why?!" whined Cassie in a tone of betrayal. "Why do you hate
Sailor V? I thought you liked this project!"

"Sailor V and his Sailor Scout freaks are no more," laughed Lori. "The
forces of evil will prevail! I'm going with Queen Beryl." She socked
Cassie in the jaw and left,laughing sinisterly.

"That's our cue," said Seth. "Come on."

Lori reached the roof. Cassie ran up. "Are you out of your mind?" she
begged. "You want to throw everything away? You'll be expelled!"

"I don't care about this stupid school anymore," said Lori evilly.
"When the Negaforce takes over,it won't matter."

"What are you babbling about?" shouted Cassie. She then gasped as
Lori held up a pencil. "That pencil..."

"ENERGY LEVEL,PEAK!!" screamed Nephlite as the youma appeared.

"LORI! AH!" cried Cassie,fainting on the spot. The youma became two
little girls with sailor skirts and fukus. One was red,one was blue.

Seth,Amos,and Ren ran to the roof. "Oh no,we're too late!" shouted Luna.

"Those are the youmas!" said Amos. "Transform!"

"MERCURY POWER!"
"MARS POWER!"
"MOON PRISON POWER!"

The three spun about in ribbons,bubbles,and fire as they became the
Sailor Scouts: Moon,Mercury,and Mars. They faced their foes.

Moon: "You think you can tell us what to do?"
Mercury: "You think you can tell us what to wear?"
Mars: "You think you are better?"
Moon: "Bow down to the masters!"
All: "Break it down!"

"That was worse than the punish-you speech," said the blue youma.

"Yeah," said the red youma. "Now we'll show off. I'm Castor!"

"I'm Pollux!" said the blue youma.

"We are the Gemini Warriors,and you're dead meat!" they chorused.

"You think that these two can defeat the Scouts?" asked Zoisite as
he and Nephlite were watching. "Two to three is still out of favor."

"Don't worry," said Nephlite with a smirk. "They are one of the Zodiac
Youma. They are my most powerful youma. Sailor Moon's history."

"Show us your worst!" shouted Seth.

"Gladly!" said Castor. "Let's do it,Pollux!"

"TWIN POWER!" the two chorused,linking their tails together.

"Let's put you in your place,Sailor Saps!" said Pollux. "SHABON SPRAY!"

"FLAME SNIPER!" shouted Castor,firing a flaming arrow into the ranks.
The boys scattered to avoid becoming Sailor Flamb�.

"Ha ha ha ha!" laughed the two youmas.

"They're too strong!" said Seth in horror.

"This is nuts!" shouted Amos. "They have Sailor Powers too!"

"We're dead meat!" said Ren.

"Let's finish them off!" said Castor. "I'll throw a Burning Mandala!"

"No way!" shouted Pollux. "I'll Aqua Rhapsody them!"

"Your ice is nothing to my fire!" shouted Castor.

"Please," said Pollux "I can freeze your fire!"

"Urk!" said Nephlite. "No,you morons. Both of you,blast them!"

"Did you remember to train them to use teamwork?" teased Zoisite.

Nephlite pulled on her hair in frustration.

"Give me a break!" said Castor.

"Get lost!" said Pollux as they unlinked their tails.

"Blast them!" said Luna.

"See,that's what will happen if you two keep fighting," said Amos.

"Right,we are friends," said Ren.

"Together!" shouted Seth. "MOON..."

"MERCURY..."

"MARS..."

"Uh oh..." said the twin youma in horror,looking at them.

"...BANDANNA MAGIC!"

"...FREEZING MIST!"

"...FIRE SOUL!"

The three attacks merged into a spinning wheel of ice and fire!

"We should have..." said Castor.

"...worked together!" finished Pollux.

*KABOOM!!!* The two youma were annihilated.

"NOOOOOOOO!!!" howled Nephlite. "DAMN YOU,SAILOR MOON!"

"Ha ha,that was fun to watch," said Zoisite. "I can't wait for your
next comedy routine. See ya." He vanished in a flurry of cherry petals.

~You are dead meat,you brats,~ thought Nephlite angrily.

"You okay,Lori?" asked Cassie as she and Lori were back in the studio.

"Yeah," said Lori. "I don't know what happened. I'm sorry I hurt you."

"That's okay," said Cassie. "Show me your pencil case."

"I can't..." said Lori sadly. "It's empty."

Cassie opened hers. Lori gasped as the box was empty. "Mine too," said
Cassie. "Those sketches you saw were drawn with my pencils."

"But...why?"

"Well," said Cassie. "I saw your work and DID get jealous. I'm sorry.
This will teach us. Let's vow to talk over our problems from now on."

"Right," said Lori,linking fingers in a vow.

"Well," said Luna. "Sailor V gets his happy ending after all."

The three boys nodded and smiled.
