Ms. Out-of-the-ordinary: Kodachi
The Indiscernible Girl: Ukyou
The Thingamaboob: Shampoo
The Human Blowtorch(She's really very sweet, she just
incinerates things): Akane

OTOH  if you MUST make Spider-Ranma, perhaps everyone
EXCEPT Akane might turn out to have a pathological
fear/hatred of spiders. Perhaps make Akane a budding
entomologist who LOVES creepy-crawlies. ^_^

exept for one detail... Ranma
is the absolute _last_ person that needs a power
boost of any sort (that's why
I'm not crazy about 'Sailor Ranma' fics for the most
part).

If you wish to go through with this, I reccomend you
have the spider bite Akane
(strength and speed to rival Ranma's plus powers he
_can't_ duplicate... could
be fun).
