"She" would be grammatically correct rather than "her."

It depends on which "her" it is to which you refer. If it is the one in
the second sentence ("as naked as her") then yes, it should be "as she".
If it is the one in the third ("but he and her") then no, actually, it
should not be "she" -- as a matter of fact, "he" should be "him". "But" is
being used in a way so as to require the objective case.

Or at least the way I learned it. ^_^
