I ask this because Kasumi didn't lose her record of Nodoka's
telephone number.
Well, in that case we're talking about something purely unmagical.
My own take would be that if anything magic were created by the wish, all
it's magic would be part of the wish, and would therefore vanish when the
wish was dispelled. As for your second example, it depends on how you
interprite the way the amulet worked. I'd assume that it used magic to
augment her ability to learn, so when the magic left everything she'd learn
with her enhanced ability would suddenly make no sense to her. Admittedly
the memory of what she had accomplished in enhance mode might act as a
usefull tool for training, but she still have to learn at the regular rate.
Likewise if Akane asked to have an amulet which would make
her be able to learn martial arts at 1000 times the rate
Ranma does, then after say a half days practise, Ranma gets
hit with hot water, would she keep her increased abilities?
One is gaining power from something one has wished for, the
other knowledge, neither is dependent on the object wished
for. So would the abilities gained last?
