Here's one that would be pretty good to see.

Ranma/Birdy the Mighty

Here you have two male main characters that change into women.  Only 
differences are one does it with water and the other happens whenever Birdy 
feels like pushing her identity foward.  Neither of them are happy with the 
situation, but they've learned to live with it.

It would be comical to see how the two react to each other when they find 
out they both Change.  And a possible cause for Birdy being in a Ranma 
storyline, could be her responding to a call of people changing into 
animals, where Ranma lives...  That sounds like an Urgizoid to me.
