Man, I knew something was wrong when I suddenly
 realized that for a day and a half no new 
messages from the ffml were coming through.. 
I was thinking,"Impossible! What's going on??"
 yeesh, I didn't find out I was unsubscribed 
till I tried to send a message.  *sniff* I felt
 so.. so.. not wanted! hehe.. but I'm back... 
HA! Ye who unsubscribed me.. hehe it's not like 
I had a presence on the ffml anyways..

*cough**cough* But to get to the point, 
I'm in the process of writing a new Ranma 
fanfic set in medieval Japan, and I'm having 
some trouble finding out details about that 
time period (such as the women's role, clothing, 
social classes.. etc etc) I was wondering if 
anyone out there would be willing to be a sorta.. 
technicalities advisor to me (and maybe a prereader 
too ^_^)

Also! I have an idea for a Sailor moon fic
(this was from back when I was in this "I am 
Sailor Saturn! The dark senshi of Destruction!..
and so on and so on.." phase)It's an alternate 
universe where back in the Silver millenium Sailor
Saturn and Kunzite (Malachite) had fallen in love
with each other, but then Kunzite was forced into 
an engagement with Sailor Venus.  Kunzite accepts 
the engagement, (following Prince Endymion's orders)
and Sailor Saturn never forgives him for it. Then 
the story goes back into present times.  A new evil
awakens, the new evil being Sailor Saturn's mother.
The whole backstory is that sailor saturn's mother
 had been from the world of chaos, and Queen serenity 
had somewhat 'contained' the chaos within her when 
she found her as a young child.  The mother married King
Ares, and later, somehow the chaos broke free, and Queen
Serenity had to banish her back to the Land of Chaos 

(*takes in a few deep breaths* confused yet?)

 So anyways, back to the present day, somehow her mother
is freed from the land of chaos, and Sailor Saturn must
once again see her mother killed, though now, with both 
Hotaru and Sailor Saturn's memories melded together, 
she finds that it is even harder to fight against her 
mother, especially since she had already experienced her
earth mother's death. It doesn't help that her
mother has revived some of Beryl's old generals,
including Kunzite, and that suddenly new memories are being
awakened ^_^ Well, that's the beginning point for the fic.
If anyone is interested in writing it  or seeing it written,
just go ahead and do it! 
Here are a couple of paragraphs of what I had written:

Soft yellow light emanated from the single 
lantern that lit the small forgotten pathway.
She laid obscured behind the shadow of darkness,
the only sign of her presence being the glint of
her menacing glaive.  

"It was not meant to be," he said softly, head 
bowed down in defeat, silver strands of hair 
obscuring his face. 

As usual, her reply was silent. The aura around 
her cold and dark.

"You do not understand.." he said when the silence
 became too much.  He turned away.

She slowly took a step into the light, revealing 
a pale expressionless face.  A cold, violet stare 
met his eyes when he looked up, and he winced despite
himself, as though her stare was sending cold daggers 
through his heart.  No longer was this the 
kind-hearted and sensitive woman he had come
to know.. instead she had reverted to the emotionless 
girl he had first met..

"I do understand the situation. I understand it 
completely.  Your love was faux, and untrue. You
 betrayed me. I trusted you.." she said stonily 
although her eyes glittered with unshed tears.

His eyes widened a bit, for these were the first
words she had spoken since she had confronted him
with the betrayal.  He felt his heart tear as he
comprehended what she was saying.

"Please.. my love for you has always been true.."
	
"Well then.. my _love_," she spat out. "Farewell,
till we never meet again."

And with that she fled into the night, leaving him
 calling after her with sorrow and regret. 

*	*	*	*	*

Hotaru stood at her window, staring out at the 
blazing sun.   She absently fingered the two earring
her alter ego Sailor Saturn wore.  She had been 
curious to know whether they would disappear after 
she detransformed, so she had taken them off.  And 
here they were...

As she felt the cool, jagged piece of crystal, a wave
of nostalgia came over her. Her heart suddenly ached 
for remembrance.. and for something she did not yet 
understand.  

"Firefly," she whispered. Her mother had called her 
that.  Her ea.. no..not her earth mother.. Saturn.  
Back on Saturn.  She had called her firefly.  How 
coincidental that her human name was now 'Tomoe Hotaru'
 Little firefly.  

It was strange though, how she would remember that
 so suddenly.  She didn't really remember much of her
 past, much less her mother back on Saturn.  
Especially when she was 'Hotaru' and not 'Saturn'.

She shook her head. No.. they were one person now.
 Hotaru and Saturn no longer co-existed within her..
 they were now one and the same.  Maybe.. maybe that
 was why she regained some of these memories.


Hehe.. as you can see, I didn't get very far.. sooo..
anyone who wants to take this idea up, please do so!

Well, I think I bothered all of you enough, and if 
you're still reading, thanks! Please reply to the first
part privately ^_^ and the rest, well you can do whatever 
with it.  Oh, and flame me if you want.. I've got a fart
extinguisher.. .i mean fire extinguisher! ^_^ hehe.. 
though I really have a fart extinguisher. It's kinda
nifty! Okay, I'm done babbling for real now!
