Prologue: The beginning of the end of the beginning

As Sank Kingdom was being slowly demolished by the rampaging horde of
Virgos, two men were dueling, using the full potential of their respective
mobile suits.  Zechs Marquise alias Milliard Peacecraft and known to the
world as the lightning baron is giving his all in Wing Zero against Heero
Yui in the Epyon.  Through a strange twist of fate they exhausted the two
mobile units just in time to realize that each was more suited for the
other's mobile suit.  Just as they were about to switch, the back up forces
of the OZ/Romafeller forces arrived intent on eliminating the remaining
forces fighting for Sank Kingdom.  Zechs had successfully taken off, while
Heero jumped for his mobile Suit. 

In our reality Heero made it safely inside Wing Zero, making him the chief
protagonist against Zechs and his White Fang group.  In this reality one
Virgo fired a lucky shot that scored the cliff creating shrapnel that  
Struck Heero in the back making him unable to reach his mobile suit.

Scene: OZ Command sub, the bridge where several technicians are buzzing
around like bees inside a hive, one of them suddenly stood up and looked
towards the captain's chair

Tech: Sir, We have located the Wing Zero unit.
Captain: Onscreen.  (The view screen focuses on the parts of Wing Zero
visible above water; the captain scratches his beard.)  Status?
Tech: It appears to be 100% intact sir.
Captain: And the pilot?
Tech: We cannot detect him sir.  What are we to do with the mobile suit?
Captain: Load it up, I'm certain we can think of ways to use it to our
advantage.
(Another tech looks toward the captain's chair.)
Tech 2: But sir, our orders are to destroy it.  
Captain: (Frowns at the second technician and shoots him.)  As I was
saying, we will have some use for it, a use none of those old faggots at
the Romafeller head council will never think of.

Another world brought about by a simple twist of fate.  In this one, Heero
was presumed killed in action, yet, as the OZ forces depart slowly from the
burning kingdom of Sank, a ship is seen flying away, it's cargo and
association unknown. 

Another place, this one known as Nerima, Tokyo, quite peaceful�  If you
would ignore the various martial artist intending to kill each other, a
chaotic mess centered around one place, the Tendo Dojo and around one
person, Ranma Saotome, heir to the Saotome Anything Goes School.  Part man,
part woman, a modern Casanova, and the best darn martial artist this
generation has produced.  The person who at this moment is running away
from the woman he loved, Akane Tendo who at this time was trying to
persuade her rouge fianc�e to eat another of her concoctions, this one she
named "Sashimi Surprise".   

Fortunately or unfortunately (It depends on your point of view.) she was
not the only one who was chasing Ranma.  His chief rivals Ryouga, Kuno, and
Mousse are also after him, although they are after him for their own
reasons, to kill, maim or otherwise severely hurt Ranma Saotome so as to
shine in the eyes of their respected beloveds

Another unseen person is also in this pack, though this one is there for
another reason, Konatsu Kenzan is there under orders from his Ukyo-Sama to
protect her Ran-Chan from any and all threats as she is unable to do so due
to a severe case of fever. 

 But, as in all things, the chase soon ends.  Yet, unlike the previous
chases and parades of weirdoes witnessed by the denizens of Nerima, the end
of this chase was� unexpected.
