A Neko-ken at those levels? Well... I didn't like this planet any way. He
would have more in common with Brolly then the other saiya-jins.
Heh, there are more than enough people that can stop Ranma if he ever
gets out of control. But, yeah, in Nekoken mode, he is basically
uncontrollable like Brolly.

Uh... That can be argued.
In the Cell Saga Kurirn wasn't as strong as the first super-saiyajins and
after that
he pretty much relaxed on his fighting skills to raise a family.
This may be spoiler material so skip a few lines if you haven't seen up
to the Buu saga:
As seen by the fight between No. 18 and the two super saiyan children,
she hasn't lost *that* much of a step. Kuririn is shown training with
his wife in the anime and it was pretty much even between them.

Heh, I would really be pushing the limits of Author bias then. The
Kiao-ken is quite strong but to take away the draining aspect would make
it almost unbeatable. Also, at Vejita's first appearance, the highest
Goku could go was 4x. At the moment, Ranma shouldn't be able to do much
more and as mentioned by VGAP, the draining aspect of it would probably
kill Ranma. He's better off sticking with what what he has and the
ability to pump power is easily attained, just not the speed the
kaio-ken provides at the same time.
Btw, I quite agree with VGAP's listings of the powers levels except
maybe Full Potential Gohan. He should be in anothe ranking from SSJ3
Gotenks. Since this is in the debate area, this part should be replied
privately.

An interesting point. Also, Ranma's peculiar ability to learn new
techniques really really fast.
I can see him watching someone go SS, and musing, "Now... how would I
do that?' And then actually pulling off a Ranmaesque (lower powered, but
Ranma-style) equivalent... heh.

Heh, can easily see that also. Unfortunately, we humans don't have a
transformation and as a result our very own bodies limit us to certain
facts. No matter how powerful Ranma becomes, his normal body would not
survive 400x force of gravity unless he develops something like say a
forcefield like the androids and cell use. It is more likely Ranma will
try to develop techniques that mimic what the SSJ can do instead of say
discovering the second form of the human race (personally think if there
was one it would be the Hulk from marvel ^_^).
