Lemme put my disclaimer:
{Almost} All characters, names, likeness, indicia {?}, images, songs, etc.
that aren't mine are (TM) and/or (C) Toei, Kodansha, Naoko Takeuchi,
Microsoft, Aretha Franklin, Artista Records, Sony, and all other owners,
distributors, business partners, etc. No ownership is implied and no
infringement is intended. I have asked no permission to use them and none has
been granted. Suing me will not help your company. Imagine this. Headlines
all over the world will read: Major Companies sue thirteen (almost fourteen)
year old boy for artistic genius. Magazines across the world will inform
their readers. Televised news programs are broadcasting the story.
Shareholders will sell their stock and people will stop buying games with
your companies' name on it. The companies will fail and many will lose their
jobs. So ask yourselves, "Is it worth all that sue someone, who isn't making
a profit in any way off of this story, for using characters {names, likeness,
indicia {?}, images, songs, etc.} that he claimed no ownership to and gave
full credit to the rightful and respectful owners?" Is it? Huh? I didn't
think so.
My comments are in {}.
Inspired by two polls in the newsgroup alt.fan.sailor-moon, a picture I once
downloaded, and a movie.
The rating on episode three was for the Anime Fanfic Mailing list, which
requires a rating on 'fics posted on it.
