The best example of a guy who can compete would be Kuririn, basically
the strongest human, who I would say has at least reached the point
where he has surpassed the first time any of Saiyajins became super.
Oh, what about the Neko-ken? Ranma's power doubles or triples with that
in effect, if not more.
The neko-ken will show up, but it's not exactly a technique that is
controllable.
