Hi, guys!

This is an old story I wrote about a year ago. Searching through backups
in the hopes of recovering lost files, I found it.
I'll warn you, it's kinda cheesy, and incomplete. So feel free to
respond, either to tell me to finish it, or to ask just wtf I was
smoking. ^_^(by the way, that was a joke, I do NOT smoke. I'd think
everyone would get that, but apparently, they don't.)
This is a crossover between Godzilla(king of the monsters) and Superman:
The Animated Series.
It is rated PG, by me.
You have been warned.

--------START

    				Superman vs. Godzilla

(music: Godzilla - The Album (of course))
[Est. shot: fade in to Metropolis, seen from the city limits. Cut to
downtown Metropolis, where literally millions are trying to evacuate,
like the evacuation scenes from ID4 and Godzilla. Cut to Mayors office,
where Superman, the mayor, and scientist Dr. Light are conferring.]
Mayor: Superman, I dont think I need to elaborate on how much we need
your help. Most of the Justice League are still trying to pick up the
pieces from the disaster at Gotham.
Superman: Ill hold the monster back. You should focus on getting those
people out of here, before its too late.
Dr. Light: Superman, remember; if this thing turns out to be too much for
you -
Superman: (smiles confidently) There arent many things on this planet
which can claim to be too much for me.
Dr. Light: (continues) - just in case anyway, I have some items you might
want to take a look at.
Superman: (expression is once again serious) Ill remember that, thanks.
Mayor: Very well then, lets get to work!
[Cut to Daily Planet, where people are rushing to either leave or enter.
Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen are leaving the building, Jimmy holding a video
camera and Lois holding a microphone and talking to Jimmy.]
Lois: Jimmy, Im not asking you to tag along. I can handle a videocam
too, you know.
Jimmy: Oh, its alright , Lois. Besides, cant let you get away with the
biggest story of the year and taking all the credit!
[Lois smiles at that. Suddenly, a loud *thump * resonates, and the ground
shakes. They look up -
cut to metropolis city limits. The thumping continues, and we see a pair
of huge reptilian feet tromping towards the city, with an equally
enormous tail trailing in the air behind. Cut to Lois Lane.]
Lois: (awestruck) Its here
(Music Cue: No Shelter, Rage Against The Machine)
[Cut to Godzilla, entering Metropolis. Instead of the version from the
new movie, this one looks like the older one which fought Mothra, etc;
except that it has a CG touch-up job.]
Godzilla: * STOMP*STOMP * ROOOOOOAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRR *STOMP* *STOMP*
[Godzilla begins to bite at cars, grabbing them with his teeth, chewing
them, and spitting them out.]
[cut to Lois and Jimmy, who are getting stuck in the stampede, even as
Gojira comes closer.]
Jimmy: (tugs at Lois with his free hand; the other holding the camera)
Cmon, this way!
[The reporters duck into an alley, just as Godzilla stomps past. Jimmy
pulls up his camera and starts to film it as it passes.]
Lois: Good work, Jimmy. Its up to Superman, now
[Godzilla keeps stompin and chompin. Like an arrow, a red blur strikes
at its chest, pushing Godzilla back a step and causing it to roar in
pain. The red blur flies back, and is revealed to be a sped-up Superman.]
Superman: Time to go back to the ocean, big fella.
[Godzilla roars smore and tries to grab at the flying Superman. Superman
ducks and dodges every grab. Godzilla quickly spins, catches the man of
steel off-guard and hits Superman dead center with his tail, which sends
Superman flying through a few buildings like a softball. Cut to Superman
pulling himself out of a building and rubbing his head.]
Superman: Ouchlooks like that overgrown gecko is smarter than I thought.
(Music Cue: Going Underground , Jamiroquai)
[Superman looks up, surprised to see Godzilla right above him. Godzilla
bites at him, but Superman flies backwards into the building, just barely
zipping out of Godzillas jaws before they bite down, and fires some heat
ray blasts at Godzilla from his eyes. Godzilla growls in pain and
frustration. Superman breathes out in relief, but soon hears a rumbling
noise. Cut to Ext. of Building, where Godzilla is breathing blue flame
and incinerating the building! Cut to Superman, with the building
crumbling all around him. Cut to Ext., and we see the building collapse,
burning. Cut to Lois.]
Lois: (shocked) Superman, no!!
[Godzilla(yeah, you guessed it) roars in triumph, and stomps off to
another section of the huge city. Cut to wreckage of building, where
Jimmy and Lois are.]
Jimmy: Lets dig Supes out, Lois, he might still be okay!
[They start digging out the wreckage. After a while, Superman springs to
the top, his suit ripped up, but looking alright nonetheless.]
Lois: Superman! Youre okay!
Superman: I suppose so. That thing is *strong* at least as strong as me.
(stands up) What are you two doing here?
Lois: Well be fine; just taking a few pictures.
Superman: Im sorry, but you should leave. The SCU will be on the scene
soon; I dont want you guys caught in the crossfire.
Lois: Fine, fine.
[Superman shoots into the air, flies away.]
Lois: Jimmy, reload the camera.
Jimmy: (confused) but I thought Superman said that -
Lois: Oh, dont worry, well leave soon enough; after we record the
disaster of the century. Get a good panoramic shot right from over there
[Cut to SCU forces moving to combat Godzilla. The SCU is consisted of a
dozen tanks, a few hundred troops and 20 or so ADPolice-esque attack
choppers. The SCU close in on Godzilla, who has found a grocery market
and is eating it whole. Godzilla sees the SCU, and growls a challenge. In
response, The helicopters and tanks begin to fire. Godzilla runs towards
them, ducking most fire except for a few missles which impact on his
side. Soon enough, Godzilla begins to rip choppers out of the air, stomp
the tanks into pancakes, and eat platoons whole. In the end; about 4
minutes later; Godzilla is victorious, although with gaping, bloody
wounds around his midsection, below and/or under his arms. He climbs on a
building and roars, victorious.
Cut to Dr. Lights lab. Superman runs in, and stops by Dr. Light, who is
repairing some electronic object.]
Dr. Light: Ah, Superman. I had a feeling you would come here soon.
Superman: Oh, really?
Dr. Light: Yes; the news alerted me to your plight, along with the SCUs
fall.
Superman: News?!
Dr. Light: Its on the TV, there.
[Dr. Light points to a small television set, where Superman sees footage
of his own battle with Godzilla, and then the SCUs rather quick demise,
along with Lois narration.]
Superman: (angry)Live from disaster area- I told them to get out of
there!
Dr. Light: Well, theyre reporters, what did you expect?
Superman: Theyll get themselves hurt.
Dr. Light: Theres not much you can do about that now, friend. Now, do
you want your powersuit or not?
Superman: Powersuit?
Dr. Light: Its something Ive been developing; a suit designed to
amplify a persons strength. For me, it might not do much, but for you
Superman: Okay, lets do it.

--------END

And that's where it ends. For now.
