Normally the Vampire drinking from your neck is pure extasy for you.
There isn't much mind-capacity left to feel despair.

Normally, yes. But not always. One of the independent Cainite
Clans (the Giovanni) have, as their clan weakness, a bite that is
quite painfull instead of pleasurable. Also, the RPG allows you
to gain character creation points by taking verious flaws, one of
which is that your bite will cause pain instead of pleasure.

believed he is going to die, never going to tell Akane that he loved
her. Kaeri quickly made a
slight incision on her wrist to make the blood flow out of it and tried
to make him drink the blood.
Ryoga resisted as he was disgusted at thought of drinking blood.

Kaeri said sternly, "If you don't drink, you will never defeat Ranma and
you will die."

Again, normally you wouldn't be able to resist, being dead with all your
blood lost.

True. However, this is Ryoga we're talking about here. He has the
greatest stamina/endurance of all the Ranma 1/2 cast, to the best
of my knowledge, and he might be able to think semi-clearly for a few
moments even after loosing that much blood.

Ryoga sensed his time was almost up and so, he complied and drank. Ryoga
felt a new
sensation, the sweetness of blood. Kaeri remained silent throughout the
ordeal and patiently
waited for Ryoga to fill himself up.

You don't need to drink yourself, a single drop rolling down your throat
is all that's needed to make you a Vampire.
Secondly, a Vampire wouldn't waste her blood like that but rather have
some bags from a blood bank or a human handy.
A newly created childer is VERY hungry and instantly goes into frenzy and
that means, the above situation would probably result in diablerie.

Again, I agree. While there are some signs that it might take more
than just a single drop of a vampire's blood to turn you into a vampire
yourself, it certainly wouldn't take anywhere near *this* much. And
a 'newborn' childer is going to be ravenously hungry, the chances of
diablerie would be too high for any smart Cainite to risk - not to
mention the fact that, unless Kaeri is of an extremely high (or low,
depending on how you count) generation, this much bloodloss
would mean *Kaeri's* would need to feed on someone ASAP.

Of course the idea that she'd use some bags from a blood bank
to sate Ryoga's first hunger is a pretty PC one, in the world of
Vampire: the Masquerade. The vast majority of sires seem to
want their childer's first meal to be from a live human that they
kill, as it helps to break down certain... habits... and makes it
easier to teach them to be able to hunt up their own meals.

P.S. I have no info on the 'Kindred of the East' but you may check if
Japan is territory of the Cathayans and therefore a very deadly place for
a Gangrel.

Quite correct, the Kuei-Jin (a mixture of Chinese and Japanese terms,
meant to help unite the vampires of the East against the 'barbarian'
gaijin vampires of the West - it hasn't *quite* worked out that well,
however) tend to have ~extremely~ low opinions of the Kin-Jin (the
Kindred) in their lands. It's not impossible, but the vampire in question
would have to know (or learn quickly) when to be polite, and when to
run for their unlife, if they wanted to survive long in the East.
