Listen. As the author of the Chaos Chronicles, I believe you have the
right to read what you will. I am not telling you to read this, and I am
not telling you not to read it. I appreciate all the C&C, but this has
gone too far.
    My intentions for releasing this fic was for entertainment. What has
happened is this really wonderful flame war, which, I must say, is
making me very uncomfortable in being here.
    I left the list two years ago due to pretty much the same
circimstances. I seem to have this way of either having people like my
work, or having them really hate it. As I used to say: If you wanna
flame me, do it privately. I don't want anyone to be kicked off the ML
due to me writing something they didn't like.
    As for the original author of the C&C review for May 14, I agree
with his comments; Notice the [draft] tag? I had released a far from
finished draft to the ML. I just wanted to see how it went over.
    Testing the waters, if you will.
    And I have found the waters to be Hydrocloric Acid.
    Although a select few in the ML have been bickering like children on
something called a canon -which, I might add, I have no Idea of what it
is-, I have been reviewing all the mail which people have sent me
privately.
    There are some who like it. Some who enjoyed it a bit, despite its
drawbacks, character flaws, and my terrible grammer and spelling. I am
using a 286, MS-Dos Edit, and a dog-eared dictionary to type these.

    Unite indeed.
    If I have one major flaw, it's writing and enjoying it. I enjoy
releaseing these fan-fics, be they bad or good. I also enjoy recieving
the C&C, bad and good. But please, for all our sakes, stop arguing over
the ML about this.
    If any of you have read the Battle! fic I posted today, then you
know I can release something that is definetly a spoof. The Chaos
Chronicles are also spoofs. Each chapter is simply my way of showing you
what I think would happen if Ranma changed his name and moved in with
Tenchi. It's not a contiuty, it doesn't fit in anywhere. It's not even
an alternate universe. It's a fake one. My universe. Where I am the
creator, and the characters are simply my play things. So now,
understand, oh gentel reader: I am just cutting and pasting from my
personal experiance with Ranma, which is limited. I have only seen a few
of the TV and OAV eps, and I have only read a fraction of the Manga -
heck, I only own two..
    The Tenchi bit should be a bit better, as I have seen all the OAV's,
some of the Tenchi Universe, and Tenchi in Tokyo. I'm not promising
anything, and those who don't want to read it, fine.
    It's your Inbox, here you rule.
    But they're my fics.
    Sorry for any offence, as I know tempers can run hot. But if this
continues.. I can't really do anything. I can simply ask for it to stop,
and keep appologizing. Call me Shinji, but it works.
