As much as he hates to admit it, I think Lurker's first fic has
the
soul-bonding premise to it, in regards to Ryouga.  I don't
remember what
it's called, =or where one can get a copy though.

I think that the one you have in mind is called "Her", and can be
found at the r.a.a.c. ftp site. Only, I think that it had RANMA
getting in tough with his 'feminine' side. This was evidently the
ancestor of "Onna-Red Side".

Not quite.  Ryouga also gets in touch with his piggy side, and the request
included merging animal souls as well.

Now that I think of it, there was another fic as well.  All the cursed
gradually take on characteristics of their pools, and the climax comes
when fighting Tarou and Ashura.  I've forgotten the name of this, as well.

The sardines weren't worth the trouble.  A few more shots, then 
Ryoga-san would overheat and explode.  Ducking around a corner, 
I managed to lose him as I entered the ramshackle residence of 
my Anime supplier.

One look at his face and I knew that I was betrayed.  "Tell me."
I insisted.  He refused, so I slammed him against the wall.
"Last chance.  Where can Ranma-Ranma find good fanfics?"
"Try Jason Liao." he whispered, before he slumped to the floor.
