Hmm.. sorry if some of you get this twice, seems like Hotmail's acting up again.  Since it's still Cinco de Mayo here, at least for another hour or so, I decided to send you all a little diddy.

Cinco de Mayonase

Akane> "Ranma!" ::runs up and approaches a pig-tailed boy in the hallway.  Pulls out a steaming plate, and holds it under his nose:: "Ranma! I made you some lunch! Try it!"
Ranma> ::looks down at the plate and gulps:: "Uh.. what is it?"
Akane> ::smiling:: It's food, silly! We're learning how to cook international food durring home-ec. Try it.  It's called a Ke-sa-de-ha.*"
Ranma> ::eye twitches as the guzzling, green food bubbles and begins to fizz:: ::he picks up the chop-sticks cautiously, and pokes at the gunk.  This causes the sticks to glue themselves into the sauce.:: Ack! What the..?
Akane> "That's Mo-lei**.  It's considered a delicacy."  ::smile turns into a scowl:: "Well, what are you waiting for?"
Ranma> ::looks pleadingly around the hallway, but finds that all had deserted him:: ::tries to free the sticks from their bubbly demise.  He yanks at them, prying off a chunk of alien food along with some of the plate's surface.:: "I never knew toxic waste was considered a delicacy in some countries.  Talk about your 'breakfast of champions'."
Akane> "Raaaaannnmmaaaa!!! *UGH*  Will you just eat it already!? Carful, it's a bit spicy!"
Ranma> ::clenches his eyes shut, and sticks the glop into his mouth.  Waits a while.. doesn't notice anything peculiar happening.. no involuntary movment of appendages, no color changes.. could it be? Akane actually made something edible.  Of course, there was the fact that the glop was still sitting on his tounge.. but at times it even took a wiff to get the after-effects going.::
Akane> ::see's that nothing happens.. and smiles proudly:: "Oh, Ranma! I knew you'd like it!  I thought it wouldn't come out that great, see, we ran out of Cocoa extract, so I used Chocolate Syrup, and Yuriko was using the Crushed Red Peppers at the time, so I used Garlic Salt, and added Tomato sauce to make it red.  And instead of ha-la-pei-nee-os, I used Hot mustard.  It's the same right.. Ranma?"
Ranma> ::slaps his hand over his mouth to hold in the contents, and rushes lightning speed toward the nerest restroom.. or bucket.::
Akane> ::fumes:: "RANMA YOU JERK!" ::hmphs and turns around, still holding onto her plate:: "Maybe I can find Ryouga.. he's used to foriegn food, I think he'll appreciate my cooking, unlike some bakas!"

* Ke-sa-dee-has= Quesadillas: A folded tortilla (flat-bread) with melted Cheese.. very-very simple to make.
**Mo-lei= Mol�:  Yes, it's made out of Cocoa extract, but it's bitter and tangy, not the kind of chocolate you find in the candy isle.. that's just nasty!
