Anime North vrs CNanime......
Hmmmmm.
Anime North is Fan Run for fans
CnAnime is industry run for everyone...

  It hoonestly depends. There is a lot of politicing going on below the
surface from/about both of these cons.  Honestly I like the idea of both
of them. I mean AN is a wonderful fan-interactive situation where
established fen culture is part'n package. There is both good and bad here
and subs reign. the guests are more "fan oriented."
 CN is more "from industry" related and new products are becoming more and
more avail to commercial NA audiences...this lets people give a LOT of
feedback to the people who are bringing anime to us. (and also tells Sony
the Kenshin dub sucks :) ) also CN is (as of last year) new and a lot of
changes have been made since last year.  the Guests here are or a "big
name quality. ( Macross's Minmay) and (more fan-like) Apollo Smile.

 Both have something for everyone and (strangly enough) both have "You
don't know Jack about Anime" (and me trying to come up with questions :) )
