According to canon, only Soun and Ranma knows. Genma might (I can't 
remember, I believe he does after the guide drops him into the pot.) If
you mean hasn't Akane found out during the intervening five years, well
yes, but that doesn't mean that Ryoga knows that.

On this line, I'd like to point out that that this is based shortly after 
Ranma learns the Hiryu Shouten Ha. Give or take three months/five 
years. I've been meaning to point that out for the last two chapters.
And for the nitpickers, I've deleted the Miss Hinako reference.

Alos, how did Chibi-ucchan know?

Ah, to be explained. She's a surprisingly observant little girl.
