You know, if I hadn't gotten a copy of prologue two back from the
FFML, I would still be waiting for Mailer Daemon to tell me that it couldn't
find the FFML...
Really, folks, comments *please*! H*ll, I'll gladly take flames!
Wanna flame someone? Here's your chance! (No mailbombs please, and it must
be in a reply to this post.)
Anyway, generic disclaimers go here, C&C welcome, flames will not be
minded (but will be C&Ced -- just because it's a flame doesn't mean it
shouldn't be good, after all), encouragement loved, and help in figuring out
what series (other then Sailor Moon) to pull into this will be adored...

High Times

Prologue Two

	Endymon looked around.
He was on a beach. It was a lovely beach, the kind that's usually
found to be very crowded with vacationers. It was warm, too. The sky was
blue, the sun was up, and it was, all in all, a perfect day to be there.
So why was it so empty?
	He walked on.

He wasn't too sure how long he had been walking before it happened.
First, the sea went rough. However, after a minutes, it went still.
It was an unnatural stillness. It looked like a pane of glass.
He wasn't sure why, but he looked into it. It reflected his face
back...for all of three seconds. His reflected face started melting. First
the eyes, then the skin, and then...something hit the water, sending ripples
out, destroying the image and breaking his trance. He put a hand to his
face, just to be sure that it was still there.
He walked on, the sea remaining still. Some time later, long or
short, he didn't know, he came upon the raven.
It was large, about waist high. Its feathers absorbed the light, and
yet there were light specks here and there, like stars. It opened its beak
and sang out. "Your future, your future, I will tell unto thee, your own
true love by your hand shall slain be."
Something about it struck at his heart. He leaped at the bird.
A few seconds later, the bird lay limp in his arms, its neck broken.
Slowly, it changed shape. It turned into Neo-Queen Serenity...

He sat upright in bed, pouring sweat even though the room was cold.
It had been the same nightmare for the last four nights... He wished Usako
was back. But she wouldn't be back, not for five more days.
But everything would be all right by then, he told himself. But he
knew he didn't believe it...

Well, there it is. The second major plotline. Anyway, as I said at
the before, any kind of commentary on this will be liked.
