We founded FFIRC because we understood the absurdity of posting a fic on
a list of (at the time) 800+ people, and not one replying to it. (now
around 1200)

    The moral of this gabble of mine?  If you really want feedback from people, then
let them know how much it means to you when you do get it.

As we typically do by encouraging everyone in our group on a personal
level to 'keep writing.'

As far as Gary's remark, he was just trying to. . . .'call out a favour'
from the FFML, which we all know can be pretty unforgiving sometimes.

    BTW, the reason why I am not C&C'ing this story is very simple.  The minute you
introduced the "Ranma is secretly Burakumin" element into the story, it was a
turn-off for me and I stopped reading.  That's been done before, if in a different
way, and it just isn't my cup of tea.

As if that should stop us. :p

And if you're having trouble getting a little response here, grab an IRC
client, drop by my channel and everyone else who chooses to be here will
probably be happy to talk fanfics all nite.
