    fishmonger?

Dark Alpha,

p.s.- I may look like a fool, but will someone please explain what's a
'fishmonger' to me?

Let's break it down. First, a fish is an animal with a backbone that
lives in the water and breaths through gills. While, second, a
monger is a person who sells/deals in something, most often
illegally.

Therefore, a fishmonger is a person who deals in fish, most often in
an illegal manner.

Many dictionaries ignore the illegal portion of monger and just say
a person who sells fish.

However, if you call a person a fishmonger you are giving a
connotation of seediness to their character.

Hope this helps.
