Released this over half a year ago I think and decided I should start it up
again. this fic will incorporate both the TV and OVA. Not sure which format
I will be using to write the next few chapters. Might be doing a soul
searching fic.

Looking into the night skies, a lone figure sat alone, gazing at the
stars above. Of all the citizen and people living in El Hazard, he stood out
wherever he went. It might have been his clothing but truthfully, it was the
look in his eyes and the aura that he seemed to eminate, one of deep hidden
powers. Few knew or would believe that this strange individual was from
another world. One so unlike that which surrounded him, a world filled with
its own wonders. A world that held his love, Ifurita. So deep in thought that
he did not sense the person slowly approaching his present location.

The look on the stranger's face could only be described as sorrow.
Approaching the only person that could truly understand her, she stopped just
short of the person in question. A slight breeze sweeped past them as one
stood and one sat upon the hill over looking the kingdom of Roshtaria.

Hearing the flutter of fabric, Makoto turned to see who had decided to
grace him with their presence and was surprised at his visitor. Nodding his
head, in a gesture of acknowledgement, he returned to his thoughts.

"Strange how fate can be so cruel at times," the strange woman finally
spoke.

Had it been anyone else, Makoto would had dismissed it but coming from
this particular individual, he could tell that they were alike. Both had love
ones torn from their lives. One by time the other by a nation and a unknown
past. Thinking for a moment, Makoto patted the earth next to him, for right
now, he did not want to be alone.

Feeling the same impulse, Princess Rune Venus smiled at the young man's
invitation and sat down next to him. Smiling, Rune Venus thought of how
similar they both were. They both had lost their loved ones, they were from
different worlds in many senses and yet they still strive to make the world a
better place in their own ways. As the sun started to set, she looked at the
young man besides her, "Please call me Rune from now on Makoto."

Looking at the princ...girl beside him, he smiled and gathered her
beside him as they both watched the sun set.
