Of course it was an understatement. However, he's no more insane than the
Outer Senshi, for example, who have shown similar destructive
streaks(except for the thousand year length, of course).
Elsa: It's nice to see Pluto knows Emerald's in the present. I still

sent Emerald to the past to "fix" Serenity.
We wish, but I don't think Pluto hates Chibi-Usa that much. (Get it? Get
