My idea is this; R1/2 characters from canon
 meet R1/2 characters from famous fanfics. Ukyo from
 Bitter End, Kuno from Bliss, Akane from IMBS, Ranma
 from Mirrors Multiplied, and so on.
 

This has been done. It's called Converging Series.

And I wouldn't reccomend trying it yourself. Ask Rod, Mike, or Chris about
the ConSer Curse sometime, if you feel like being subjected to the intimate
details about one of the greatest writing morasses of all time.
