Well, Ranma's female form CAN sing. I don't
know about his male form, though.

Considering that it is the same body, I would assume that male Ranma would 
have the same ability, though not the same vocal chords, as female Ranma.  
In the Deadly Song Battle OAVs, and in at least one of the Ranma TV 
endings songs, male Ranma has been shown to be able to sing at least 
decently.

Hmm... I don't recall ever having seen an exclusively Ranma/Minako
relationship/matchup.

As a fighter?  You jest!  Even at the beginning of the Ranma series Ranma
was skilled enough to mop the floor with Mamoru, who I recall does have
martial arts training.

Romantic interest...  That is a thought.  For whom though?  From what has
been shown, the Sailor Senshi have not yet formed.  I would think that the
Endymion/Serenity matchup was pre-destined, though.  Even then, Pluto
would likely make certain that they got together for the sake of Crystal
Tokyo.

Chinese warrior garb?  He does seem to like Chinese clothes.  The only
times I recall him in any type of Japanese clothing was for special events
or training purposes.

Blame the CCC for this idea. Minako & Ranma, a 
fanfic that had to happen sooner or later.

time someone wrote a Ranma/Minako fic. I'm glad you did.
