I do.  It was shot as a live action bit, and did in fact air on ABC, but it 
was intended as a saturday morning Kids show.  I dont remember the name 
either.  It only lasted one season, I didnt remember that it was water that 
triggered the change though, so I'll have to take your word for that.

The one thing that sticks in my mind about all this was that our 'victem' was 
like a teacher or administrator at the local school... So when he was "cold" 
he was a student, and "hot" he worked there.
