Some character debates give one very odd ideas.

Belldandy shows up as usual, but the visit is paid to Aoshima and he asks:

"I wish that you would help me take over the world!"

Belldandy is shocked that a person who would wish for such a thing would
be granted a wish and replies that would require a great deal of energy.

Aoshima asks where the greatest source of this energy can be found on
Earth and Belldandy reluctantly replies the human population.

Urd was goofing off and caused the mess and now must fix things up without
revealing herself.  Taking the form of a small black cat, she convinces
Tsukino Usagi to use the transformation amulet Urd provides to become
Sailor Moon and stop the strange robbery/assault at her friend's mother's
jewelry store.

Belldandy is a very reluctant Queen of Darkness and always retreats on
the slightest excuse.  ("Sailor Mercury's EVA unit ate my youma.")

Aoshima is frustrated both by the constant failures and his inability to
bed the divine one, who always seems to have an excuse for that too.

Urd isn't sure that she's recruiting the right team of "Contras" but the
girls seem to be holding their own.

At this point Skuld attempts to debug the problem by tracing through
everything step by step and so Keiichi wishes for her to stay with him.
