Probably in the same situation he was in when he first appeared in the
manga.

On another note, I recall someone asking for passages showing Ranma And
Akane's reaction to reading Genma's journal. As I continue to read this, I
am certain that would be impossible without spoiling the whole story. At the
least Ranma already knows the identity of Mrs. Tendo (Unless he was really
THAT unobservant).
